Several months ago I had the same issue w/my iPad and one day, without making any changes myself, the full complement of emoticons started appearing for access via my iPad.
Then about two weeks or so ago, as suddenly as it started, it stopped. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm in desk top or mobile mode, (which you can change at the home page) they are restricted. I don't know if it has anything to do with our browser or some security controls. I find it very tedious and downright annoying trying to navigate Specktra via my iPad, so I access it primarily from my iMAC, desktop.

I'm so confused , is it not 12pm on the easy coast now ?? I'm from Nova Scotia and they're 4 hrs ahead. It's 8am here PST.... Or is that Atlantic time zone? Not east? Lol Fml

Like when you buy tickets (on ticketmaster) and you have to wait 2-3 minutes for the page to load. It helps take the stress of MAC's servers.
