So I've been staring at the color story for this collection, drifting into mineralize dreamland, when a terrible thought occurred to me. Does anyone else feel like maybe Tropica is misplaced on the list? I feel like maybe MAC made a boo-boo putting it with the lip liners. Every other product that is described as "color 1 with color 2 pearlized pigments" is a mineralize product, which makes me wonder if Tropica is actually a blush, eye shadow, or skinfinish. Since it's silver blue, I'm guessing if it IS a mineralize product, it's an e/s. I don't know, hopefully I'm wrong because I know there are many many people who are stoked about Tropica l/l, but I just have to wonder...
I think I would cry if it wasn't a lip liner, it's the thing I'm most excited for.

....now that you are mentioning it!

Tropica could really be a MES....the name would fit into the list of MES.

I think you may be right.

If I had to guess I would say its probably an eyeshadow.

Same here....I would have loved such a lip liner!

But a "silver blue with purple pearlized pigments" as a MES sounds awesome too.
Should also be a pretty highlighter on the cheeks!

I think I would cry if it wasn't a lip liner, it's the thing I'm most excited for.

I'll get it no matter if it's a lipliner, eyeliner or shadow. It sounds heavenly.

I've been wondering why they'd have a "
Silver blue with purple pearlize pigments" lip liner in the collection because it doesn't go with any of the lippies or glosses. It never occurred to me that they could have listed it under the wrong group. I reckon Tropica's more likely to be a MES.

That didn't occur to me, but it does seem like that could be the case. Hm....

I think saw Tropica in the Mac book just in the right place (liners) but they had no swatch. I can check out again when I see the girl.

Oh good, people agreeing with me makes me feel less like a crazy person for my bizarre theory.

I'm guessing it's listed as a liner in the book, since our awesome informants on specktra have never steered us wrong before. I think it might be an error in the actual book. I guess the odds of that are pretty slim, since MAC is a big corporation and you would think they would double check that they put everything in the right place before printing the books. I guess it comes down to the question of which is more likely: MAC made a mistake in the book, thereby confusing the hell out of everyone (MAC employees included, I'd wager), OR is it more likely that MAC actually made a lip liner matching this description and just described it in such a way that it sounds more like the mineralize products than the liners?

Anyone know a MAC artist who actually saw Tropica lip liner at their update? That would clear things up in a heartbeat!

So weird... a Dutch blogger went to a CCO in Belgium (sadly, you need an invitation for that CCO) and she found Lust msf. Wth, TT isn't out yet and Lust is already at that CCO?! It looks gorgeous though. Lust msf. Credits to Kellista

WTH? CCOs with invitations?! At least Belgium has a CCO, unlike Germany.
Yeah.. I believe you have to work for an Estée Lauder company or you have to know someone who works for an Estée Lauder company who can give you his/her invitation... and I guess some bloggers also get those invitations? I'm not sure. I wish we had a CCO , without invitation of course. :p
