I just did some investigation about the identity of Tropica. While some haven't yet gone to update those who went are unable to recall. I struck luck eventually and spoke to a manager at one location. She was a bit hestitant but I was pushy and charming all at once ,lol. I was told that she is 98% sure Tropica is a eyeshadow. One more MES for me if that is the case!!!!

I've been wondering why they'd have a "

Silver blue with purple pearlize pigments" lip liner in the collection because it doesn't go with any of the lippies or glosses. It never occurred to me that they could have listed it under the wrong group. I reckon Tropica's more likely to be a MES. ​

I was thinking that too. I'm like that lipliner won't go with anything in this collection! hopefully it is an eyeshadow so I can take it off my list lol I don't care for mineral eyeshadows that much! or blushes or skin finishes lol

Yeah.. I believe you have to work for an Estée Lauder company or you have to know someone who works for an Estée Lauder company who can give you his/her invitation... and I guess some bloggers also get those invitations? I'm not sure. I wish we had a CCO

, without invitation of course.

There's an EL warehouse about an hour away from where I live that has invite only sales like that sometimes. It's not a CCO (though I have one of those about 15 minutes away from me), but an actual warehouse where they have all kinds of products from all kinds of EL brands. There's some kind of discount on the stuff you buy there, but I don't really remember how much. I only ever went to one, and that was probably 8 or 9 years ago. Anyway, I don't remember seeing anything that was from an upcoming collection there, so that's surprising! Lucky for that girl, and awesome that we get a sneak peek. Looks gorgeous!

Just the fact that they were unable to recall makes me think it isn't a lip liner. You would think that would be a standout that they all would've grabbed to swatch and play with, you know? Thanks for being such a charming and lovely pushy person and getting this info for us, Debbs! I'd rather be disappointed now than discover the truth when the collection is released and I'm looking all over the lip liner section of the website for it, only to discover it's an e/s instead.

Tropica MES sounds lovely, it makes much more sense than a lipliner (to me).

I've heard there's one in Australia (Sydney I think) like that, but it's not just EL employees, some major employers (like airlines) have invitations for their staff...i seriously wanna be a flight attendant! cheap flights and cheap make up

I have Redhead as well but don't wear it as often because it's so frosty on me. I'll keep my fingers crossed that Lust and/or Adored are very very sparkly or metallic, either of which would make them an easy pass for me.
