[h=3]What if my lipsticks got snow? is bad? They no longer serve or what?I think it's really random, and not only lustre related. Even my Rebel had snow. And then again I have lustre lippies that are about 4 years old - no snow - and some that are bought last summer (less than a year ago), and they had snow.
It's coming to the UK! Thank you for all the links, Naynadine!
People have said to wipe them with alcohol to get rid of the "snow" before you use them again.[h=3]What if my lipsticks got snow? is bad? They no longer serve or what?[/h]
Exactly. It has nothing to do with the age of the lipstick, just how it was stored and what temps it was exposed to.From what I've always read lipstick doesn't "expire"but a couple of mine have snow. My see sheer has it the most. Some brand new ones also have it
Ok, my Rebel and Crosswires have snowPeople have said to wipe them with alcohol to get rid of the "snow" before you use them again.
I live in California and the heat is at all what it gives and dont like the air conditioning then my lippies sweat too, is bad right?Exactly. It has nothing to do with the age of the lipstick, just how it was stored and what temps it was exposed to.
Check my post directly above yours.Ok, my Rebel and Crosswires have snowand have only one year. Do you know why that happens? I will do to get them into alcohol. thanks
Sweating isn't bad for them. It happens with all emollient products-lipsticks, concealers (especially SFC), CCBs...just dab it off with a tissue and you're good to go.I live in California and the heat is at all what it gives and dont like the air conditioning then my lippies sweat too, is bad right?

Yah they're not liquid. I don't even notice the snow normally I'd have to put them all the way up. I only notice when I get to the bottom and once they're small, then I depot themExactly. It has nothing to do with the age of the lipstick, just how it was stored and what temps it was exposed to.
