Do eye kohls and pearlglides contain any ingredients proven unsafe for lips?

I think it is up to the company to prove it IS safe for lips by doing the testing (or, better yet, using products proven to be lip safe FOR HUMANS) however my rationale is that as a lip liner, I am probably not going to be eating much of it and if it is safe for the eye, it is probably safe to line my lip with...just being devil's advocate here

I kind of think it looks like Feel My Pulse so now I'm not sure if I need both. I have heard good things about the mineralize lipsticks so this one might be a better choice.
