I am liking the result of CCB (uses Shell a lot) better with my MES than using PPs. I always spray a bit of Fix + on the brush prior to picking up the product. The CCB makes the MES "pop"I think it depends on how much you are willing to work with them. I have older ones (from around '09, holiday maybe?) that are perfect when used dry and have perfect pigmentation. Lately, I have found that they haven't been all too great. I have to use the newer ones (last one I bought was from Apres Chic) with Fix+ for the pigment to show up on the eye and I usually use a paint pot underneath. The ones that seem to have the most trouble are the ones with glitter. I'm hoping these are smooth without any glitter. Personally, they are not something that I have to have. thank you for your responseI'm one of those lazy people that don't want to take those extra steps to make something work. Pass for me, thanks once again!
more to me. After you get used to doing it a few times, it will not seem like extra steps really ( a base PP or CCB plus a spritz of Fix +) and you are all done!!!

It's filtered and probably looks more orange than it actually is.

The filter she used just boosts contrast and brings out warm tones.

I just can't seem to get excited about this collection for some reason. Think it's cause I have all the msf's I really need (besides by candelight), have quite a few mes's I barely use, and the blushes seem too brownish to me. And it kinda sucks cause it's my birthday month and am scared to get too excited for MM till I see lip swatches

& love it so much! all the lipsticks look gorgeous. kind of happy I sold my heroine lipstick now
because the purple on this one seems more my taste

I can definitely see similarities with some colours and previous collections. I have so many items on my want list. I hope swatches can help me skip some things!

I've noticed quite a few blue based eyeshadows in the MES selection. I'm not too comfortable with blue
I have a suspicion that Bossa Blue will have a similar duochrome-ness that Seashore Frosts (color tattoo) has. Perhaps a bit darker though.
That's just guessing though, swatches will tell!
I'm really excited with this collection. I will either dodge the lipstick bullet or pay dearly for this collection lol.
