I contacted the Mac counter at Belk's in Charlotte and was told by the Manager that one can NOT B2M for these lippies. I was going to do 4 so I guess now I have to buy them.Cuz it's awesome! As will i to B2M for SK!

Then regrettably Makeupgrrl, you have never read any of my posts related to this matter. My experience has been just the opposite and I've shared that many times. I'm fortunate enough to live near a MAC store in which ALL of the MUAs/SAs are fantastic. I wish all MAC lovers could have this same experience. That said, as good as they are, I too have witnessed customers being rude to even them. It's a most unfortunate circumstance that flows both ways.Rude SA's are never ok, however being a MUA and having worked at a makeup counter before I can tell you first hand that MUA's come across plenty of rude customers who treat us like we are servants. I have personally had customers shove a product in my face and say "I want this"...not "Hi how are you, can you help me?". Or the customers who see that every MUA at the counter is busy assisting someone else, and even though they are greeted and assured someone will be right with them, have nasty attitudes about not being helped quick enough! Even though we are in retail, MUA's are people with feelings too, so it's hard to not be affected by rude, impatient people.Another pet peeve is people assume that all SA's work on commission (I never worked off commission so my check was the same no matter how much you purchase), so when they are greeted and ask if they need anything, they assume we are sale hungry and either ignore us or are rude....sorry about ranting but I feel like SA's get thrown under the bus on Specktra a lot and all of them aren't rude, sales hungry snobs!

Same with me, I've always had good experiences when I've gone to my local counters at the Dillards, Nordstrom and Macy's. I don't live too close to a free standing store, so I don't know how they are at the one here; but at the counters they have always been very helpful, patient and friendly.
