OT - but I wanted to give a shout out to a what turned out to be a great new product for me. Smashbox CC cream. I had one dark spot from an old acne scar that bugged the heck out of me. Well, after I used the new CC cream just about 3 times, the darkened spot was lightened/decreased by about 30%!!! After about 2 months of using it (not even regularly) its almost completely gone. Even hubs noticed it without me saying anything. I whined about this spot forever as it drove me crazy to see it. Now my skin looks almost flawless. I've tried everything that promised to erase dark spots but nothing ever even diminished it slightly. I was considering laser, but now I won't have to. Everyones skin is different, but thought this may help someone else.
I'm very light but use the Fair as a perfect match. The lightest shade was too yellow/weird for my skin. it gets very good reviews.

First time poster here! Long time reader!

So like many of you, I missed out on SK Wednesday night/Thursday morning. I had SK in my cart and MAC removed it as I was checking out. I was bummed, but figured maybe I'd get it when it went online at the department stores.
Today I went to the counter in Nordstrom to do a B2M. I didn't even bother asking if they had SK in, since the collection wouldn't be out until later this week. I looked at the permanent lipsticks and settled on Sunny Seoul. The SA grabbed the lipstick out of a drawer, took my empties and marked the bottom of the lipstick and told me I couldn't return it, yada yada yada. After I had left, I looked at the lipstick... It's Sushi Kiss!!!!!!!!!! She gave me Sushi Kiss!!! I don't know if it was an accident, or on purpose but how the heck did this happen!?? I am so excited!

Has something similar ever happened to you?

Maybe, when searching for silly lipglass I realized I had accidentally returned it in my nicki lipglass box. Brand new, luckily I found another silly gloss . Great Story.

Still pretty bummed about missing out. But I'm not sure if I even want to get anything now. The magic is gone! Lol. My wallet is happy :) I know this it old news. I just haven't had much time to respond...

Awe that's so very sweet of you, but its ok. You don't have to do that. This kind of stuff comes with the job. And its my fault I failed a secret shop. If that didn't happen I would have not hesitated to tell them. And the worst thing would have been a write up.

Yeah it sucks. Been doing this for 10 years, should have tougher skin by now lol. Things like this are why I need to get out of this line of work. There's nowhere to move up.
