MAC All About Orange Collection (June 2013)

i think i might get IF, HJ, SK and Flamingo, feel free to add or minus stuff to the list! Trying to get the stuff that will work for me!

Anyone with NC25 skin tone and dark eyes and hair could help me with the blushes? I'm SO hesitant between Royal Sunset and Inmortal Flower... Honey Jasmine looks nice but I have Chanel's Frivole which seems quite similar.

I would go for immortal flower. Royal sunset is really pink! It's a nice color but I prefer peach / coral blushes so IF would have been a better choice

Could you post swatches of Royal Sunset? I'm also NC20/25 and RS is on my cp list but if it's really pink I should go for Honey Jasmin.

Actually you can look at Lauren Clark's swatches. She posted it a few pages back (http://www.lcmakeupblog.com/2013/05/mac-all-about-orange-swatches.html). If I am not wrong, she is around that skintone too so you can see how the blushes look.

good morning to all.. My daughter did some volunteer hours through ROTC serving the Vets yesterday. Anyhow, she comes home and gives me this bee-u- tiful flamingo water bottle...lol. I laughed and said to her, I'm waiting to buy my lipstick in the color flamingo you know. She said, when you get it you can sip from your flamingo bottle wearing flamingo lipstick.. I said absolutely!! Too funny...

Thanks! :bouquet: They both look gorgeous. I have a soft spot for peaches and corals so Honey Jasmin = :bigheart: but I already have so many peaches/corals... and Royal Jasmin looks like a GORGEOUS pink for nc's but I don't really wear pinks. What to do, what to do.

Personally, I think Royal Sunset looks a little too powdery and too cool for our kind of skintone so it's not even on my radar. I would go for Honey Jasmine if I were you, but if you are only choosing between Immortal Flower and Royal Sunset, then I think Immortal Flower would probably look better.

Ditto---I've been using SBCC under my foundation----I have hideous dark circles under my eyes and they are less so since I've been using the SBCC

Which shade are you in the CC Cream, and what's your MAC foundation shade?

I LOVE Flamingo on you. But then, everything looks gorgeous on you.

I'm using the Fair. NW15 The shades are quite forgiving & blend into your own skin tone very nicely.

I think if u had to ask me which are my favourite lipsticks from this collection it would be tart and trendy and tangerine dreams. I think i am leaning towards the warm oranges. I find them easier to wear on me as compared to sushi kiss and sweet and sour here's a simple fotd of royal sunset and tangerine dreams on me

Yeah her swatches are how they look in person on me, pink, with the smallest tinge of peach.

I did at first, and I was more than sure it was in this order since it was in my cart. However, I was never charged for it. It sold out before I placed my order and I didn't notice. I'm okay with that now because after seeing swatches, it's not a color I would use.

Thanks for the describing it, because on my monitor T's swatch is more like a corally-pinky-peach :/ Still don't know which one to choose though because I like both, but I have to pick one! I think I should go for Honey Jasmin because it's a color I would use more often..

Today I wore HJ and S&S. Love the combo and I loveeee HJ on me. Surprisingly, I like it a lot more than RS which I liked when I swatched it more.
