When a collection is delayed, do they usually announce the new launch date once they have one? Or is it super top secret as usual? I'm afraid the collection will just pop up on the site whenever they're ready, and I'll miss out. I can't stalk indefinitely! Maybe I should just find someone to CP for me? I think the site assigns you a number then you have to wait in the "waiting room", as if you are waiting for your number to be called. If your number is called and they still have stock, then you can add the items to your cart and check out. But they don't hold it in your cart so you have to check out quickly, or it could be removed from your cart. I tried the waiting room with Riri woo, but I wasn't terribly interested in purchasing it so I gave up after a few minutes.

I really hope that if and when they release the collection they throw this waiting room crap out the window. I don't even gèt how they can do it this round because there's 5 products. I know I wasn't trying to get the whole collection! I don't really believe its going to be a waiting room because of that factor. I remember waiting in that "room" and the 2 times it let me in, as soon as I hit checkout it kept starting over. Nothing in my cart. Can you imagine if they add the items for you via the waiting room and how long it's going to take editing that cart? I'm sorry but I don't see it making sense.

:lecture: Hahahahahhahahaa i kinda agree tho. Even a week delay wouldn't be so bad. But MAC seriously needs to get their shit together. I highly doubt it has to do with supply issues. My source said it was probably the herp twerp that's causing it. They shouldn't have even had a tester in the first place. It should have been one of those things where it's you get it or forget it. Honestly i had no clue about the lawsuit until i saw it on here, so unless you're a MAC freak like us or an employee, i doubt anyone else knows much about, if anything at all.

It was actually a news story on Yahoo.com's main page a couple days ago, and it had one of those really scandalous headlines like 'Woman catches herpes from Rihanna lipstick' so I wouldn't be shocked if there is some kind of blowback or bad PR that MAC is now trying to avoid. Just saying, however true or false that woman's story is (picturing that sicko who was licking all the Taco Bell shells and that pic was posted to Facebook) I don't think it flew totally under the radar.

Now is that why MAC is delaying this launch? Who knows. They have been launching collections with some items being listed as 'Coming Soon' lately. Maybe they ended up with one of the lipsticks not being ready and knew if they didn't have everything on the spot together WITH the waiting room they really might incit a riot, lol

I haven't looked into the whole story about the herpes lady but I am wondering how they're so sure it came from a MAC tester?
