Except the Mineralize lipstick is really about the same price per oz. as the regular lipstick - there's just almost 50% more lipstick in a Mineralize tube. So it's not a price increase, just more product.

As for Yves Saint Laurent, YSL lipsticks have only 0.12 oz. for $34, so it is about $14 more expensive than the Mineralize (for the same weight).

The same thing happened with Nordstom with the Chanel Avant Premiere items, they showed up I think about a week and a half earlier than the stated ship date of May 27th and all said back ordered

isnt this collection for july? we are still in the beginning of june.. ah well i ordered japanese spring.so if all goes well there will be no late nights,loss of sleep,stalking ... unless i want a backup

I think maybe the 24th will be the online launch date if that's when Nordstrom says the items will ship. They don't have any of the new LE pieces of the collection up yet though (I really want Fever Isle!

) so I'm wondering if those will trickle in over the next few days or not go online until the 24th

Went ahead and ordered Narcissus from Nordies. The back order date is fine with me since My Bday is June 26 so that's One down!

I just need Rio, exotic ember, 159 brush, fever isle (maybe) and midnight mambo to feed the purple monster in me

Based on US prices...


Mineralize lipsticks, at $22 ea., have more lipstick by weight than the regular ones, 0.14 oz.

The regular lipsticks are $15 for 0.1 oz.

0.14 oz. of regular lipstick would cost $21.

Thus the Mineralize lipsticks are actually only $1 more expensive.

Thanks! Now that you put it that way... I think I might get one or two of these lipsticks.

Not sure about the blushes though. I don't mind paying $25 for the ED blushes because they are 0.22 oz each, while the MB are only 0.11 oz! That's only half the size! Regular powder blushes are $21 each for 0.21 oz. I know they have different formulas and all, but I think I'll just stick to ED blushes (which I love) and regular powder blushes... unless of course I come across one that is very unique.
