How does sushi kiss compare to sound of noise?

I don't think they compare at all...at least not on me.

Shellcat picked it up yesterday... I'm waiting to hear back from her on what she thinks of TD... we are all the same skintone NC35...

I bet that is gorgeous! I don't think it sounds odd at all...I just recall others (mainly on T's site) being outraged that Rainy Season existed in this collection...and swore that a grey palette couldn't possibly look good with this and should have been an all orange palette. I might have to steal your look though lol. I have paprika but I absolutely forgot about it until you posted this lol. My issue is having way too many eye shadows in my collection...THAT is my true addiction...well it was until I called myself trying to cut back...and then substituted lip products so now my addiction appears to be lipsticks and OCC lip tars!  Thank you! Anything that keeps me looking younger is a keeper lol I don't think they compare at all...at least not on me.

Have you tried popping it back in or do you mean like it cracked or something? It just popped out, no crack, how do we pop it back in? it just keeps falling lol

One of mine was like that when it arrived. I just carefully popped it back in place.

I have to agree. I didn't love it on my olive nc30/35 skin. Some people didnt love flamingo who were around my skin tone but I am obsessed. So it depends on lip pigmentation and taste I'm sure!

REALLY had to stop myself from forcing liners on all these new orange lippies! I am ADDICTED to lip liners, but I think these shades look best on me worn alone. For example, I have Flamingo from the previous release. Thought I didn't like it at all... just didn't "do" anything for me really. Stored it away. This release had me dusting it off and just swatching it quickly on my lips, NO liner, and completely different result! Went from "MEH" to "LOVE" in a couple swipes. I was happy to grab a BU from the secret site the other day since it's a lustre and I know they go quick! (I'm looking at you Venus lippie!)

I look a little awful in this pic cause I'm sooooo sick w/ the worst cold/sinus crap EVER right now (due to all my traveling lately I imagine)... BUT that doesn't stop a TRUE makeup addict from trying her new Sushi Kiss lippie today! NC30/35 for reference.

PIXIEDANCER, I love Sushi Kiss on you. I am also a lipliner addict, I don't feel quite right without it! Just wondering, how do you wear Venus? With or without liner/ concealers?

I bought 2 of them and I haven't gotten them to look the way I want them to- the best result was when I used concealer first and the colour came up like it did in the tube. Might try it again that way as otherwise it comes up mauve like on my lips!

So I got my flamingo in the mail today but of course the ups man showed up right before i was leaving for work, so Didnt get a chance to play till just now lol

the left side is with flash n both are lined with half red and bottom left had a creamsheen gloss on top and right pic is without flash with just flamingo and half red liner

Sushi Kiss has more pink in it and it's also lighter than Sounds Like Noise. SLN is totally orange.

Anybody liking rising sun I'm thinking about ordering that one to layer over some of the lippies

Whew! I just read close to 300 posts, so i can't post individually to everyone about how lovely you all look in your lipsticks and blushes. But i will say that you all inspired me to buy Flamingo and Sweet & Sour lipsticks and Royal Sunset and Immortal Flower blushes. And i normally avoid oranges.

Flamingo and Royal Sunset were safest for me because even though both on me are quite coral, they have a pink cast that i can wear. And on me they are great together. I can even throw Flamingo on when i don't have on much other makeup. It seems to be a stronger color and less pink on me than on some other people here - might be because of the contrast between it and my blue-ish lips.

I was nervous about Sweet & Sour. It is oranger than i usually wear, but it is not heavy looking like a deep orange would be, so i figured i'd take the risk. When i put it on at home this morning i could see it was rather light, reminding me of late 1960s pale lipsticks. I may need to find a liner for it, although there may be one in my meager collection of lip liners - i'm thinking probably something a bit tan. I do have to wear at least tinted moisturizer and a little powder with it to tone down my pink cheeks or i look weird, and in a weird way... I smeared it a little with my finger and it looked better. Also, on me it goes perfectly with Immortal Flower. I did a nude-ish eye, using both my TR Powerchrome pencils, Rich Glance and Copper Strip, with some matte Orb in the crease and a darker copper brown liner.

Sipping wine catching up on posts. I tried those fan brushes for my high octane type blushes and either i can't use them right but I went back to my regular blush brush and my blender brush... Any technique I'm missing out on? However on these AOO blushes I think a regular brush would do. They're very light colored and layer up nice I think.. -Emma
