My mail man has been and there's no sign of my AAO order. It *may* be coming by courier but because they didn't supply me with a tracking number I'm guessing not, which means no products for me. So disappointed, was looking forward to playing with everything this weekend.

I honestly have to force myself to NOT use lip liner with some of my lustres. I use Venus alone as well. It's just the most perfect everyday, no fuss pink for me. I do sometimes use a liner with it, but if I do I use one very lightly in a natural color close to my lips (like Too Faced Nude liner). But most of these lustres I use solo. Hope you can find a way to love your Venus... It's HOLY GRAIL status for me! Sounds like your natural lip pigmentation might be much more prominent than mine. Maybe try topping Venus w a gloss... that works for me too with lippies that just seem a little "off" for some reason. Good Luck sweetie!

It's okay, thanks. I think I'm most annoyed because I paid the ridiculous £4.95 shipping to guarantee I didn't miss the items on other websites. It's a stupid amount of money for shipping if they're just sending it by standard mail, I'll be complaining if that's how it arrives!

I was at the MAC stand at Stansted airport yesterday and they had the whole collection, which I didn't expect and caught me off guard! I had already ordered Flamingo via MAC online so I only tried Sweet & Sour and Sushi Kiss. Unfortunately there were so many people and I had to put it on myself without a brush, so Sushi Kiss looked super unnatural! Sweet & Sour was ok but it washed me out quite a bit and Ravishing was a deeper colour so I took that. That was a strange situation because I had the chance to try and buy and I was so overwhelmed and stressed that I didn't get any! I should've tried Razzledazzler and maybe I should've got a backup Flamingo!

They used to send it by courier, but I didn't see a tracking number so dug around on their website to find out they're also using standard mail for packages small enough to fit in the letter box. They've done what MAC have done -- it pisses me off. There is absolutely no way 2 lipsticks and 1 blush cost £4.95 to ship via standard mail without a signature etc. They're making a major profit. I'm going to be calling and complaining I think, that isn't right in the slightest.

But general question to those who often travel: Do counters at the airports get all collections?
And, if so, do they get them (that) promptly?

They also had the Temperature Rising collection but most of the popular items were sold out (I asked about the lippies and quads) The AAO thing with me was strange: my first reaction to the collection was no way. I can see that, for I love orange lippies, but no need to over do it. All in all, i'm keeping sk,flamingo and very possibly no.
