if you love it you should get a b/u now because if you wait a few weeks and decide then you might have to look for it at your local cco or in blog sale.
I agree with Lou @lHughes! And I'd also get that BU because Flamingo is a Lustre. And if you haven't had a lot of experience with MAC's lipstick formulas, Lustres go quick! If it was another formula (like Amplified or Matte) I might not be recommending you get a BU. But I go through Lustres SOOOOOO fast! Venus is a Lustre and it came out last year in the Summer collection. I have already gone through one tube and BU'd it up 2 times just because I know that formula isn't the longest wearing and re-applications make you go through a tube a lot quicker than you'd think. Especially if it's an everyday, wearable shade like Flamingo. I'd suggest just grabbing 1 BU... just in case!

If you have the orange mattene from last fall, I find that that's not that far off from T&T - at least on my red lips. I keep going back and forth with T&T from thinking it's my #1 favorite of this collection to thinking it's my least favorite. That is so bizarre. I think it's because combined with my lip color, it looks really different on me in different lighting and we've had a lot of days lately where one day it's really sunny and one day it's cloudy.

This is why I almost never post pictures. I get all fussy when my REALLY bad camera can't capture the colors. I'd rather just describe them all in words instead, but a picture does speak a thousand words….it's just they're not the right thousand with my dumb photography skills.

In fact, I am sitting here right now with some winged cat eyes (in the Superslick liner so they're really glossy and hard edged), with some Golden Elixir on top of my SBCC (thanks again Elegant!) and Tangerine Dream and I really wish I could get a decent image just to prove to the pale ladies that TD can be gorgeous - but I know my photos aren't going to cut it. Such a beautiful orange nude. Please take my word for it, haha!!!!

EDIT: And my Sweet Pop manicure still going strong. This color is just so perfect with all the lippies from this collection. I've got tons of adorable nail polishes for this summer and I can't bring myself to switch it out, because it compliments every lipstick I'm wearing waaaaaay too well.

I will definitely back this bad boy up! Mzweeze I didn't line my lips...I just layered it twice. Maybe three times because it wasn't showing up (at least I thought it wasn't) in bathroom lighting. Also, I see what Pixiedancer was talking about in regards to the formula! I have other lustres but this one...I NEED a BU! Maybe two!

If you prefer warm greys and greys that pretend to be cool, but aren't, this quad is actually really great. Only one more frosted color, and that one isn't over the top and all of them are very pigmented. I'm wearing it right now as a matter of fact, with Sweet & Sour and HJ and I don't feel overly made up or artificial looking. The palest color is a really good brow highlight color to mix with grey when you really can't have bright or cool colors there, too. 'Wish I could take a decent picture of it for everyone.  I'm really picky about grey shadow and only have 2 or 3 others than this quad - most are too cool or so warm they look more like taupe or brown on the darker skin around my eyes.
I'm surprised how often I've been pulling out this quad ever since I got it. It's very wearable, and goes with a lot of looks. I have one of the new Dior cream blushes, Panama, which is an orange coral and can be used on the eyes and lips as well, and it looks great on the lid with the greys from this quad.

Sweet & Sour

Tart & Trendy

Flamingo

Excuse the nails lol. I finally tried them on and I'm happy with all three

Glad SS wasn't milky looking. It's a nice peachy nude. TT is my first true orange and I love it. And Flamingo is almost a mlbb but a bit brighter. I was sad I missed out on Sushi Kiss, at first, but I'm satisfied without it. I'm about an NC42 for reference.

Thanks for the info on Sweet Pop, Liba. I think i'm going to go back and get it. I need a few things from the regular MAC line, so i'll get it this coming week. I need to add more cremes to my nail polish collection. I have an overload of glitter - i love glitter, but variety is a good thing.

As for Flamingo, i think it works on such a wide range of skin tones because it's both warm and cool, being pinky coral >< corally pink, depending on your lip and skin color. No color works on absolutely everyone, but i think this is the most versatile color in the collection. Because it's a Lustre, it has a sheer quality, so it might not be very bright on someone with really strong lip color. I'm glad i managed to score a tube. Gets me out of my rut of violet, purple and plum lips
