I just wish they had better swatches like Beautylish does. The foundations are something I want to try next but I don't feel like driving to Orlando.

This is so funny to me because I have been doing the same thing. It was so hard to tell by swatches, I even had my hubby drive me several hours to Dusseldorf to the only Inglot store in Germany.  I wanted to see everything is person before I ordered a ton online.  I ended up with a bunch of blue/aqua and coral eyeshadows.  I got the 87 eyeliner because that color is ah-may-zing.  I REALLY wanted some of the pigments and loose glitters but the dollar to euro conversion is not great, making those over $23 a container so I waited to order online from the states.  The only problem is www.inglotusa.com doesn't work for me.  I can't get the website to come up.  Is it working for you guys? 

It works for me fine. That's weird. Yeah i got the black, chartreuse and aqua liners! I'm stoked!

The names of these products though? they couldn't be more creative? Bleuluxe? lol. ill pass just on the strength that they look crappy

Oh no.  Don't you 2 enable me onto Inglot.  My closest store is in London -- I'm about a 7hr drive from London.  I *can't* get into Inglot!

Oh HONEY BOO BOO.... You MUST pick up some Inglot shadows when you have an opportunity!  TRUST ME... I held out forever thinking "they can't be THAT good, what's the big deal!"  But let me tell you... for the most part, they blow MAC shadows out of the water when it comes to consistent pigmentation and color payoff!  They are also MUCH MUCH cheaper than MAC for TONS more product!  I reach for my Inglot palettes most often... even over my MAC palettes. THAT being said, I DO still get MAC shadows and most recently picked up the BMS quad from TR.  And it's an amazing quality quad!  But I can't resist Inglot shadows!  You would be doing yourself a service to give them a try!  Cheaper.  More product.  GREAT QUALITY!  If you love your MAC, that's fine... we all do!  But maybe Inglot would be a good brand to try for crazy shades that you wouldn't wear everyday but want to play with!  Saves you money.  That's how I got started... and then I couldn't be stopped... but that's my own issue!  Let us know what you think if you try them out!  I could do swatches for you or give you recs if you wanted to do a phone order...

LOL "skippity do da!" I love it, esp. since we'll be seeing fall collections coming out by the end of June (!!??!) this year.   Erine (or anyone), these aren't anything like those LE Chanel Ombres Perlees from a few years ago are they?  The MAC stock images look like the ombree/transparent effect.  I actually liked these Chanel, I haven't seen the Milani version tho. http://cafemakeup.com/2010/12/21/ombres-perlees-de-chanel/

Visually it's similar. But as for quality and finish, i can't help you there. I've never touched a single chanel product in my life (the price is ), so i don't know how they'd compare.

That's where i was looking at most of the swatches, beautylish. But then I'd google some that i was unsure about. It's still driving me nuts that beautylish has one less shadow listed than inglot's site does, and i don't know which one is missing!

i figured it would be an easy smoky eye and i'm slowly switching out my drugstore brands for mac
the palette seemed like a good fit for my collection

I LOVE Inglot shadows! I usually wait until they have a 20% off sale before I place a huge order. So far, I only have mattes and pearls, and they're all AMAZING!

I need to make a shopping list for the next sale. I know they're shadows are cheap enough, but 20% off a 40-pan palette doesn't hurt.

Oh girl... no matter how good a deal something is I will ALWAYS take a better one! Bring on that discount! I have their PRO discount (which is 20% off) so I splurge more often than I should! I think it was easier to be good when I had to wait for sales. Then I could actually talk myself out of going too crazy! If you need any recs, let me know!

Did you see any testers? I'm curious about how you think they looked in person (fyi, you weren't at the nordstrom SF, were you? I saw some one with those gorgeous glasses there a week or two ago!)

I actually think they will probably be great for a MAC shadow beginner! Switching over from drugstore to higher end can be SO expensive! This is a great way to get good quality shadows that work well together in nice palettes. Just a LOT of crazy MAC Addicts in this forum... and a lot of us have wayyyyyy too many eyeshadows (I DON'T MEAN IT GUYS!! DON'T BE MAD! HeeHee NEVER "TOO MANY" SHADOWS... I KNOW!) to grab dupes of other things we already have in a new palette style that doesn't fit our OCD collection formats! LOL You are really in a great place and coming over at a wonderful time! There are sooo many great "high" end quality products out there as the technologies are getting insanely good! If you read further up this thread you'll see us discussing Inglot... they are a great company that makes high quality makeup right along the lines as these higher end companies but at a much lower cost! Check them out too for some great shadows and other goodies to add to your growing stash! Welcome to our little world of gratuitous obsession yakusoku!!

Just to stay in topic... I'm really liking the green one and the smokey one, but I'm sure I already have similar shades in my stash, so unless it's a great new formula, I'll still skip. Why can't MAC add the Mega Metals or Extra Dimension to their permanent line instead?

It wasn't an email. It was a physical coupon that they gave with each purchase at TMUS.

I wish I have a PRO discount... but then I'd be in trouble!  :haha: Do you like their Shine and DS finishes?  And have you tried their gel liners?  I'm thinking of getting more mattes because I love them, but I already have a 40-pan palette. I also have all the pearls available (unless they released new ones since my last purchase last year)... so I'm looking at the Shine and DS shadows... would you recommend the Rainbow ones? (Sorry for being OT!  Do we have an Inglot thread yet?  I just checked.  There is one!) I take it the pearls are gorgeous, seeing as you have all of them? I don't have any Shines yet, and only one Pearl (414, which i just bought on Sunday, even tho i have the BMS quad with WIR). All mine are DS (which remind me of MAC velvet textures), 2 AMCs and the rest are mattes I wonder if pro discounts work on top of the sale Anyone know???

Yeah I'm kind of iffy on the DSs too. I'll save those for last to buy. How about the AMCs? I'm a fan of shine, so good to know the Ps and Ss are great as well! :winkiss: I'm not gonna do the rainbows, i don't think.
