Well something is definitely going on with their website. They must be updating it because for a minute FMP was in stock again. I even added to my cart but now it's gone.

You're too funny, Erine.  The last sentence really gave me a good laugh!  I just called the freestanding MAC at Somerset Collection in Troy, Michigan.  They said it was coming out on June 27th, a week before the counters will get it.

Well the 3rd is highly unlikely. If mac moves up a launch, it's usually a week early (thursday) or an immediate release. They've never moved up a launch to a non-thursday, but still weeks away. It could be the 27th (stores/online) and the 4th (counters). The 4th being a holiday has absolutely nothing to do with a possible date bump. MAC picks these launch dates months in advance. If it being launched on a holiday would've been an issue, the 4th would've never been considered in the first place. But all of this could be moot, as MAC tends to not know what's going on today or tomorrow, let alone in a couple weeks.

Temp. Rising was released the day before the intended date, on a Wednesday. I agree about the holiday thing. It seems silly that they would schedule this release on the 4th months in advance and then suddenly remember that it's Independence Day and then back out.

Well I guess the stores versus counters thing is out. I stopped by a MAC counter yesterday to ask about the release date, and they said it got moved up to June 27th...so I guess it's supposed to be released on the 27th everywhere and some counters just haven't gotten the memo?

My guess would be the 27th too since when Nordstrom put up the 2 CSGs early the ship date said the 24th. So it has to be sometime around that date

I never quite said the list of things I'm getting:

All 3 MSFs (although I could possibly skip Lust, since it's not that far off from SP Crystal Pink. It's not a dupe, so I'm probably gonna snag it anyway)

All 3 blushes (I could skip Sweet Samba, but it really does look great on bare skin - a really great texture for this kind of color)

Tropica, Bossa Blue, Time to Tango

Narcissus & Calypso Beat (I'm skipping Fever Isle because I have plenty of Star Quality, even though FI is redder and more opaque)
