Fro what I'm seeing in my failed attempts is that it looks like they're adding the 1 limit. I'm not able to change the quantity anymore when it does show up in my cart.

That didn't work for me at all. It actually slowed down my MacBook. I used Safari and Mozilla. Once I closed Mozilla, Safari finally loaded it for me.

If I had to say, I would say no. Having multiple tabs open helped me, but sometimes one browser would be faster, then the other one I used. It couldn't hurt to have more than one open, but I didn't feel like it helped me.
