I don't even get a waiting room, i'm in the front screen chose what I want but won't let me click checkout. What's going on? anyone else getting this?

This happened to me at first, then I got a "Gateway Timeout" message. Using my phone now, and I am getting the "request being processed" message.

You have a message that says "your request is being processed" and that page keeps refreshing.

Unfortunately, I talked to MAC CS and the rep said they are working overtime to cancel orders from last night, even those that got shipping notices. Ugh.

Anyone else stuck in waiting room hell?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!! What is the point of them doing that, issuing out punishment? Seriously, if the order went all the wy through to the point of getting a shipping notice then who cares at this point. Not OUR fault THEY had a 'glitch.' MAC needs to get over themselves PRONTO. They've been needing to for awhile not with all of these LE collections launching every other week with scarce supply. Like I maintain, folks shouldn't have to continuously rearrange their schedule just to buy some makeup! *fuming*

im almost afraid to call cs incase they "flag" the ones that ordered early and cancel those especially since they can report it lol.. I worked in cs in another company and I know things like this happen all the time. So either they ship it out or cancel then im simply SOL.

I was totally not impressed by the lecture she gave me. Life is unfair. I know that. MAC, your job is to sell makeup, not give life lessons.
