I wish I knew if my last nights order was cancelled or not. If I knew they did cancel I wouldn't be ordering anything else. Now and for a loooooong time coming.

Unfortunately, I talked to MAC CS and the rep said they are working overtime to cancel orders from last night, even those that got shipping notices. Ugh.

Anyone else stuck in waiting room hell?

I don't know, MAC Canada is about to ship my order and she was sure of it, so I don't think they would cancel orders in the US (maybe the multiples, or people who haven't got a confirmation email etc.)

This just seems to be a huge mess

Nope, in fact the money just came out of my account, even though I ordered before noon, it shows 12:11.

I don't even get a waiting room, i'm in the front screen chose what I want but won't let me click checkout. What's going on? anyone else getting this?

I had the same problem, you have to move the page to the right and check on the black boxes on the bottom of each item then click check out...at first I couldnt see the boxes I had to check so I had to refresh the page. once you go into the waiting room dont refresh though

i wonder if they record the conversations at the MAC CS have bc if they do and my order went through and they said some crap to me like that i would def. take it to a higher level bc there really is not necessary to be talking out of your head like that ab some orders.
