RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

Okay ladies, I need some reassurance because I'm starting to get paranoid with all the craziness that is going on today... I placed my order post-launch around 1:10 pm Central Time. I was able to get both Heaux and RRB without any backorder messages. I made the purchase on my Android phone from MAC's mobile site. Of course it took about half an hour to process everything but so far all I have received is a confirmation, no money has been withdrawn from my bank account yet. Is this a good or bad sign? I'm used to money being withdrawn immediately when I confirm my purchases with other collections. Has anyone else had a similar experience today? I guess I just don't want to get my hopes up yet because of all the nonsense MAC has been putting us through all day.

They are taking a while to withdraw money, they barely took out money for one order

Just FYI. I never received a cancellation email, but the order that I placed using the "special link" before noon was cancelled. I was able to check my account on MAC's site and saw that it was cancelled.

The order that I placed using the waiting room bs is still pending.

Well ordered 2 heaux and 1 riri boy cause it is an UTA dupe but if they don't cancel my before noon previous order of 2 heaux, oh boy how many heaux's do I need coming to my house. Hubby dont be so happy!

This has more to do with your bank/credit card company than MAC. It's all computerized-it's not like someone is there giggling holding onto your money.

I believe so. There is a FS MAC store less than 5 min away from my kids' schools. I'm golden when I actually want to wait for the open if I missed something online. I can be there at 8:30am and there are usually one or two ahead of me at that time of the morning. For the fall launch, I can see folks camping out at the store overnight like Rhi Rhi herself is gonna show up.

Lol Im pretty sure I never acted like they were giggling holding onto my money. They let the cards run through... They shouldn't have even let that happen if they were going to cancel, is the point i was making.
