hahahaha omg furby!!WOW! THAT is a whole new level of "unfair!" LOOK at the extent people will go to get what they want! Kinda makes ordering before the "official" launch (because WE CAN and YOUR SYSTEM allowed that) seem like such a lesser "crime" than actually STEALING someone else's products! They can't possibly get away with this can they!? All those "MAC Order Troopers" who are spending all that time cancelling orders better be ALL OVER that kind of scam!
Hope everyone gets what they want! I can honestly say I have never gone through such drama to get ANYTHING... not a Furby, not a game system, NOTHING! Ugh MAC Ugh!

soo....now that i'm at home and can actually look at everything properly...i think what actually shipped of mine is the lipstick i ordered last night. at least according to order number....but who knows in fact what they sent, because online it still says pending. it says that for my other waiting room order as well....i wonder if they got the order number confused and shipped the second order? i hope so, because that's the one that has both riri boy and heaux!!

I wasn't interested in this collection at all, but reading what happened with the canceled orders etc is ridiculous. If items are up on the website why would anyone assume that you're not supposed to order them? Especially with a collection like this where any head start you can get is great! No one wants to wait for hours when they can get something hassle free! Maybe if they had more stock instead of things selling out in under 30min (like All About Orange) people wouldn't be buying things when they just show up,but aren't supposed to be up, but are, but you shouldn't order them...lol ridiculous, Mac!

I just checked my bank account.. 3 mac orders temporary authorizations are pending.. they cancelled 2 of my orders, one with riri and the other with AAO items.. I never payed attention before, is this normal? If orders are cancelled should the pending status on my bank be cancelled too..

What a crazy day. I sorry to hear that some of the preorders were canceled . If MAC acknowledge that there was a glitch within the system they should have ( as a good will gesture ) honor what was requested. This is not good for PR. I've been a long time MAC fan and this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I knew with the launch at noon the site will be a mad house. I was on my computer and iPhone and after 3.5 hrs my iPhone won. I went in with the intentions of getting all 3 lipsticks but came out with all 5 pieses lol. I didn't realize that I selected ALL instead of just the 3 that I wanted. At that point was was not going to take the chance of delaying the madness anymore I bought it all. I got my email confirmation and now I just sit and wait and meditate on the next collections worth.

It's just pending, since it is cancelled, it should fall off within a few days. That almost seems normal compared to the drama today even STILL! That makes me feel even dumber for putting up with it! Just so I can have some dry ass lipstick sucking the moisture out of my lips in colors that have perm dupes! Look at me scolding myself!I better go ask my son if he wants anything!! I get WAY more satisfaction when I get him stuff anyways. Even after 2 successful (hopefully) transactions today, for some reason I feel beaten due to the drama and not excited like I think you should be to get cool new makeup!

It'll drop off in the next day or so. It's just a pre auth to make sure there are funds in the acct. when you do a direct debit that's when the amount is taken out automatically...just like the ATM.

I cannot even DIGEST that you have a 32 year old son! IT really does go WAY TOO FAST! My son's action figure days are coming to an end too. It makes me sad. BUT the upside is he is now big enough to mow the lawn! So it has it's perks! LOL I'm sure your "little boy" is very spoiled by such a sweet and beautiful mother like you!YES!
