My experience today with MAC Online was the worst ever. It makes me appreciate my cool-headed, lovely MAC artists at stores and counters. If I didn't heart them, I would take my business elsewhere. Maybe Edward Bess, Chanel, and Dior.

it took me forever to place my order. My boyfriend asked why do I still deal with MAC lol.

You know it - ALL the time! We were the cool parents but we kept a lid on them. We had to repair dents in our basement family room walls from them playing baseball down there. Endless sleepovers ahhh...how did we do it

Wow I don't know if I could get through all these posts... As for my experience I got what I wanted and the wait wasn't long at all (15 min tops) one thing I learned from the RiRi Woo release was if you are still waiting after 10 min try clicking the shopping bag and the items will be there for checkout. Sorry I wasn't able to post this earlier maybe it could've helped someone. Like I said I haven't been through all the posts since I last came in the thread but from what I've read Mac is wrong for canceling orders made before the launch , that is bad business especially when you have loyal customers who support you year round smh! Shame on you MAC!

So I finally caught up on all the posts I missed since leaving work and let me just say I was one pissed off customer today with Mac. I'm glad I got my order in but to spend practically my entire work day trying to place an order was utterly ridiculous! This was one of the worst launches ever and I fear what's to come for the fall collection. Shit with the way today went, in the fall we will probably be in the waiting room for two days lol damn you Mac!

Lucky ! I waited 2 hrs & then tried from a different phone & it went straight through

Yeah this release was cray cray. I was at work going nuts. My phone was dying, no charger , sneaking on the iPad at work and being in the waiting room forever . Geez luweezz
