Well the guy said once an order is cancelled they cannot reinstate it. I'm so mad right now.... I am seeing red ya'll. I almost always buy from every MAC collection and pretty large orders but no more. It's not worth it if this is their customer service. My $300 a collection might not be much but I'd much rather give it to sephora

When my son was 3 he had the HUGEST crush on Mr. Spiderman... so I scoured all the local stores and eBay for the movie action figures! Each and EVERY one! That almost seems normal compared to the drama today even STILL! That makes me feel even dumber for putting up with it! Just so I can have some dry ass lipstick sucking the moisture out of my lips in colors that have perm dupes! Look at me scolding myself!

I better go ask my son if he wants anything!! I get WAY more satisfaction when I get him stuff anyways. Even after 2 successful (hopefully) transactions today, for some reason I feel beaten due to the drama and not excited like I think you should be to get cool new makeup!
Exactly! I would never bother with this nonsense for an item for myself (that wasn't some lifesaving drug). If it was on one of my babies' (even the 'baby' who is 6'1"), whole nother story.

I've only skimmed the thread - sorry to hear that so many of you have had issues. The problem is that MAC knows they can get away with this crap because no matter what they do, people still rush to buy. I'm glad there's nothing I want from any of the Riri collections - I have absolutely no time for this kind of bull. Last I checked we were doing MAC the favour of supporting their brand - not the other way around.

Pending still :( Even the order I (re)made for the restocked AAO lippies is pending. I was sorta upset that I didnt see an option for 2nd Day shipping like they normally have up. I rarely do standard shipping from MAC because it takes too long.

WTF...I leave for like...TWO hours and MADNESS!!!!

The email CLEARLY stated one per TRANSACTION. Unless MAC is lumping the moolah they're getting from me, which they won't because I used two separate cards...it's TWO transactions.

If they cancel my second order....PFFTTTTTTT.

Like I said I haven't been through all the posts since I last came in the thread but from what I've read Mac is wrong for canceling orders made before the launch , that is bad business especially when you have loyal customers who support you year round smh! Shame on you MAC!

early release cancellations, out of stock, back ordered unti july. WTF?

it took me forever to place my order. My boyfriend asked why do I still deal with MAC lol.
I'm wondering the same thing right about now.

Nope used my CC. The CS said she didn't know why it was cancelled but she couldn't do anything about it. She could have someone call me tomorrow
I had the same damn bull$hit happen to me. They said they would make sure I got my lippies. Someone is supposed to call me back. I wrote names and ID #'s down. I am beyond pissed! What a crock of $hit!

I tried doing this because I saw my friend got through this way, but I'm on Safari and when I was in the waiting room of HELL, it was literally stuck to that screen, everything else was kind of like "unclickable" if that makes sense. I tried doing that on my iPhone/iPad Mini and when I would get to it, the shopping bag would be empty.

You know I was in that waiting room FOREVER and still had to wait until I got home to get RiRi Boy. MAC ate my battery up on my iPhone.......Shit. My patients were probably wondering why I kept checking my phone every few minutes to see if I was out of the "waiting room". Bwhahaha!!! What a crazy day!



And THANK YOU SWEETS for thinking of me and the Lustre Drops, they were already sold out when I got home.

They cancelled items not even in stock and their CS reps are like well we don't know... Call back tomorrow. R u kidding me?? Have someone there that can answer questions or else they are useless

I also went back and checked the status of my orders and two of them, both posted after the release, were canceled. It's because I had more than one of each lipstick, a result of using the earlier link (had to try!

). According to CS, my other two orders were safe because there were only one of each item in them, and, if I placed two more orders (to reach my max of 4 transactions for the day), those would also be fine as long as there was only one of each item.

The rep tried to tell me that the one blush duo I did have in one of the canceled orders was sold to someone else? Not sure if that could be true given it that order was still pending for a few hours AFTER the duo had sold out.

I'm a little heated, but it's not the end of the world. And I hate knowing that I'll be back for more when the Fall release happens, pending swatches of course.

This whole release just left a bad taste in my mouth. Hoping Tropical Taboo isn't anything like this craziness. I don't think I can handle two batshit releases so close to each other.

My order was canceled since I ordered before noon and now I'm questioning if I even care to order again. Why are we being punished for THEIR mistake? So much for that great customer service MAC usually provides.
