I'm bugging right now because they really act like you can't dupe their ish out in other brands. Hell, it might even be better. It's a brand, it's a good price point. That's about it. What they come up with is not exclusive. They really come off like they're doing us a favor by giving us product we've paid for. I request a return to sender for my damn coins Mac. Ya got until I wake my ass up tomorrow morning.

OK enough of all the what's "fair" stuff.... Shouldn't our account histories and orders be taken into consideration AT ALL!? I mean take you shontay, for instance! CLEARLY MAC can see that you are a regular customer that religiously spends money collection after collection on their items. Before you start using some blanket system to cancel orders (DUE TO YOUR OWN ERROR AND INCOMPETENCE) don't you think you should at least take into consideration the customer you might potentially be losing!? And if we (AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS) take the additional steps to stalk and create hype and excitement for your brand why are WE being penalized for your mistake! Not cool MAC, not cool at ALL! I for one will miss shontay's opinions and banter in the MAC threads but I sure as HE LL don't blame her one bit! And they are now taking extra steps to INTERCEPT packages instead of using that man power to fix their computer glitches and get our "pending" orders on the trucks??? REALLY???

That is so messed up. I'm pissed on your behalf!

I noticed you can check out basically right away now so I briefly considered ordering Riri Woo. BUT my Paypal account is now empty even though my pre-noon order was cancelled. After a few months of frustrations - MAC and I are going to take a little break.

For real. I also have a UPS account and they sent me an alert saying they have my package and then I click the tracking link they provide it says Return to Sender Requested. SO, not only did mac eff up by putting this up early, they failed to cancel and prevent packages from being sent out. To actually contact UPS to request return to sender after I've been notified no less than 3 times that my order is on it's way? Yeah, no. I'm good. It's been fun Mac. A good 5 years. I'll kick around this thread more for giggles, but I am done. Done. Who thinks I'm playing? This is a step too far and I don't give a damn what kinda collection they come up with. I'm not giving my money to this brand anymore. I have enough of it to last for years.
Wow that's that bullshit right there! Excuse my language but now they really doing too much

Yes...the entire collection because the gateway kept timing-out and ordering everything seemed like the path of least resistance. I got a confirmation
E-mail almost immediately, but no word yet regarding shipping.

I honestly can't say that I will never buy anything from them but I will just stick to in store purchases from now only. It would have to be something HUGE for me to even consider dealing with this and if there's any word on a virtual room I will not even look!

if it was an order from before 12 I know somewhere someone said that CS said they were canceling them all even if they said they shipped.

You would think so, but nope. This brand has shown on several occasions that a lot of us are expendable. Either they'll get new consumers or the ones they screw over have been so brainwashed that they'll come back even when they've been completely disrespected. I'm not going to sit here and say it's gonna be easy to quit Mac. Even with all the shade I throw at it, I genuinely enjoyed it. It's where I first started to experiment when I decided the drugstore wasn't going to cut it. I will continue to covet the items I already have, but I cannot let this roll. I've never been in this situation or have heard of a situation like this. Can't be me. I've given Mac thousands of dollars a year for 5 years. No more.

Well, well, well what do we have here. I just got another e-mail from Mac that confirms shipping w/ the UPS link and it looks just like every other confirmation e-mail. However, I click the link to see where it is and the UPS site tells me there's a return to sender request. It was sent out at 9pm but by 11:50 it says "The shipper has requested a Delivery Intercept for this package. / Return to sender pending." Isn't that something? Sounds to me like Mac doesn't want my coins in the future. This is the final straw. I will be glad to oblige.
Wow, that's just disgusting.

MAC does this to us because we "allow" them to. Their just purely wrong but because we put up with it " we all moan and groan" about the collection launch and then what . . . .. when the next BIG collection launch we do the same thing over and over again... its just a cycle. MAC knows this (its not right) but they know they "have" us so they continue on with these silly games. I bet if we were to REALLY stand together and NOT buy from a few collections they would probably change they're mode of operation.

It seems as time goes on with each MAC release things get worse and worse not better. And if MAC keeps playing these games they are really going to lose customers as Im sure they have already lost a few in regards to this collection.

MAC or rather any brand for that matter can only do so much "playing games" before us the consumers get mad and really branch off to spending money on other brands or things.

MAC needs to really get it together!
