No it was an order I placed around 215/2:30... The girl told me first that its cuz I placed multiple orders but I told her mac has a four item rule and that I just placed different orders with 1 if each item in each order and she said no they changed it so I asked her to send me something where they stated that and she backtracked and said that she didn't know why that happened and couldn't do anything for me...

Finally got updated...whew. MAC is really on some bullsh*t...to go as far as to intercept a package...like really? I think I'm gonna start rocking with NYX and Wet N Wild now...they won't have me cringing when I step into a waiting room now...

I placed a few orders after the waiting room for 3 hours and 2 of them say cancelled. And I had other items in my cart not just from this collection. I just logged on to check my order status and saw that... Ill be calling them in the morning.

I just bought one a few weeks ago as well. I googled the Victoria Secret lip primer and it seems to be pretty good. I'll give that a try next.

I got an email from FedEx with tracking .. You'll probably get yours tomorrow .. I've had people order after me in other collections and get their shipping notice first but when I call cust service they're able to give me a tracking number just the status hasn't been updated yet .. So I wouldn't worry too much

who does that? i would rather have them send me a cancel email than to find out it shipped and they want it back!
but they should be honoring all of the order instead of picking and choosing which order is going to be canceled!

OMG I missed Erine the whole day. No MAC collection release is the same without you!
Though this would probably be the last collection I spend for in a long while. I'm seriously thinking of jumping ship to another brand. It will be hard but it's just wrong what they did to Shontay and a number of other people today. I can't give my money to a company that treats loyal clients this way.

So I finally got home and checked the status of my orders.. Canceled. I had 2 heaux and 2 riri boys (a of each for my sister) and now they're canceled. Thanks mac, thanks! All of a sudden trying to be fair, pah-leaseeee! thanks ladies for providing the link, you guys are awesome! I wish people wouldn't of called MAC, what was the freak out all about? What was the point, so many orders canceled. I'm pretty upset, I've been waiting since last week for this. Oh well, now ill have to wait to see if my back ordered items get shipped.

I missed everyone today! :kiss: That's why I've been slowly switching to inglot. Better quality. More quantity. Less cost. And no drama! But i do admit, i love mac lipsticks! They royally
up in this one tho. Blaming customers for their mistakes, canceling orders here and there, placing a "order discretion" policy after all the shit hit the fan (instead of placing the policy in the after-launch emails as opposed to on the homepage which would cover their asses on the canceling), and then not having answers as to why orders that were placed according to the rules were canceled as well. They're just making shit up as they go, and finally people are noticing.
