Hopefully they get shipped! were those cancelled ones placed after the launch? a lot of ppl are getting cancellations before and after, god knows y
hopefully it does! I placed it before they were showing up as back ordered but my status is still pending. & the ones that got canceled were the orders placed from The "secret" link before the collection was available for everyone (no surprise there). I'm bummed that they actually took the time to cancel orders.

They're just making shit up as they go, and finally people are noticing.
Love me some inglot! But MAC l/s have my heart, they're probably the only MAC product I'll keep going back to inglot's just so much easier and seems to have so much choice and the price/quantity ratio is amazing! (pearl 395 is the best inner corner/brow highlight!)

Took the time / wasted time ! And probably spent a good chunk of money paying people to work overtime to cancel orders and even cancelling orders that had already shipped .. It just seems like the stupidest move a company could make ! :/ honestly they easily could have honored all orders, there couldn't have been that's many before the launch verses after lol boggles my mind they chose the route they did ...

im in Canada and i ordered last night and so did PrettyKitty and both of our items shipped! so i am confident yours will too :)
I know this is late but...Grace from CS said I would get my order tomorrow and they were about to ship it and I haven't gotten a shipping notice or anything so :s (looks like I wont have mine tomorrow though like she said, just hoping i actually get it)

I'm glad your stuff got shipped :)

No it was an order I placed around 215/2:30... The girl told me first that its cuz I placed multiple orders but I told her mac has a four item rule and that I just placed different orders with 1 if each item in each order and she said no they changed it so I asked her to send me something where they stated that and she backtracked and said that she didn't know why that happened and couldn't do anything for me...
This just happened to me. I placed 2 post-launch orders. One got cancelled. MAC CS had assured me that both orders would be fulfilled. I noticed that the RiRi landing page now says in fine print that it's 1 item per customer. Ok, why did MAC CS tell me my 2 orders were ok? If I waited in waiting room for 90 mins just to get screwed, while others get multiple BUs shipped to them, I really sm going to return every, single MAC item I have purchased and move on to a different brand.

Yes. One of my post-launch orders (made around 1:30 PM) just got cancelled. When I am on my computer, the RiRi landing page says it's 1 item per customer. (On mobile, which is how I made my post-launch purchases, the landing page says nothing about 1 item per customer.) I just went back to add items to my cart and it says 1 item per order. MAC, if you are trying to enforce a 1 item per customer rule *now,* after people put up with your waiting room for 3-4 hours, you are the WORST business ever. Yes, I have walked through knee-high snow in launch day for Barbie Loves MAC and even stalked MM while recovering from surgery. But canceling customer's "fairly" purchased post launch orders? Snatching back lipsticks off the damn UPS trucks AFTER customers got shipping notices? That's just NASTY and it shows how little you value your loyal customers. I guess you are feeling ballsy because you have new customers from the Rihanna fleet. Good luck with them. I am sure they will buy your $40 quads with a million Carbons/Shadowy Lady in every collection, glittery MES with bad fallout, lip products with descriptions like "red coral" in one collection and "coral red" in the next. Smdh

So I finally got home and checked the status of my orders.. Canceled. I had 2 heaux and 2 riri boys (a of each for my sister) and now they're canceled. Thanks mac, thanks! All of a sudden trying to be fair, pah-leaseeee!

thanks ladies for providing the link, you guys are awesome! I wish people wouldn't of called MAC, what was the freak out all about? What was the point, so many orders canceled. I'm pretty upset, I've been waiting since last week for this. Oh well, now ill have to wait to see if my back ordered items get shipped.
to be fair, I'm sure MAC have a time/date stamp of when orders come in and when people are on their site. So we can't say it is b/c ppl called in that caused this.

This was ridiculous. I was a former "lurker" until today. I don't regularly buy from Mac and I get so busy with work and school....so imma be honest and say I've been lurking for years. Thanks to all of you ladies and gents?, if any, for sending me a link earlier even though my order was cancelled. I had an optical appointment & brought my computer and phone with me. I'm sure it was a sight to see, eyes all dilated but still trynna order, lol. I did manage to get a riri boy (the only thing I wanted) back ordered. Now, I'm seeing on IG how ppl are stealing conf#'s from pics posted and calling MAC to hv the address of those conf#'s updated to their address. I have a mind to do them like I do Chase when they screw up. Call CS, and just rant like a MF and refuse to hang up. Usually, CS cannot hang up on you unless you cursing, threatening, or are disrespectful. I know after an hour of that Chase ALWAYS offers me a credit just so I can hang up. Oh, the trick is DO NOT let them transfer you to a supervisior cause they have no limit on the time they can spend on the phone with you. Thanks to ya'll I've got CYY, 2 heroines, ablaze, embrace me, riri woo, and now, hopefully, riri boy.

Oh Man, please stop doing customer service reps this way.
I feel bad for the reps at MAC, there needs to be a direct line to the directors, marketers and etc... This is not the fault of the CS reps.

What the crap? Was checking my order status for the order I placed around 6pm and got curious. When did it become 1 item per order? MAC is really grinding my gears with this BS.

It's 1 of EACH item NOT one item per order!! IE- 1 RRB, 1RRW, H , 1 lustre Drops, 1 HK per order NOT - 1rrw , then place another order, 1rrb, them place another order, 1 HK , then place another order etc Hth

Shontay I'm sorry to hear what happened to you bc that's just jacked all the way up! Like you, I'm in the similar boat with my order(s) smh. When my pre-noon orders got cancelled, I was like cool, it was a risk anyways... But I never (and still don't) have notifications via email saying they r cancelled. I saw that money was increasing in my pp account. So ab 8pm I called them bc one order that had been cancelled had not been refunded (on pp) so I was talking to this girl who came off snobby n she was all like " yeah yeah ill send something" so I was like cool. I told her specifically which one it was, and I told her twice. Ab 30 mins later I go into Pp n check to see what I had left. My account went from 11 to 117 which means .......something else has canceled but more than what I expected! I call back.... Y'all... They cancelled ALL of my post 12 orders, bc some dumbass in order processing thought I ordered "over my limit of four" when I CLEARLY had less than 4 of anything, but apparently smart guy was counting my canceled crap. Really??! Then she said like I was supposed to be OK with it like she was just going to hang up :/ So I just lost it! On the phone just spazzed all the way out. It don't help that I'm pregnant n I just was sobbing n screaming at them. How do you make an error on the right orders but don't even fix the real problem!! And they still have my money from the order that should of been canceled!!!!!!! Which means the girl clearly lied ab "7-10 business days to reverse back into pp" no heaux, it does not! Y'all...I lost all of my faith in MAC today. Even the hubby was listening like "how do you even justify what you did n why would u work so hard to cancel people orders but not want to fix errors you made??" So they sent me to a supervisor n she filed something for upper mgmt to fix bc she was like "well we can't reinstate that but a lot of orders were not processed so maybe we can replace it with those" ummm ain't no maybe, YOU ARE, if you got to call Rihanna herself and ask for her backups :/ they really lost me n how they can even get on the phone n deal with pple the way they do is sad. My feelings r very hurt bc I sat and wasted my day ordering all for it to mean nothing at the end bc some smuck thought he was being cute. I will surely never participate in these big release things anymore either, IDC if unicorn dust is in the next RiRi lipstick she n Mac can have it! Smh and sigh. I feel let down...

I'm sorry you went through this :( that's ridiculous and the worst customer service ever. It makes no sense to me they even cancelled the pre-orders because it sounds like everyone re-ordered anyways but it just means people seemed to have wasted the day away. I hope you get your stuff. Haha call Rihanna herself for her backups haha...
