RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

Ordering yesterday was super draining! I hadn't worked that hard since getting Beyonce tix lol But after 2 cancelled orders, and placing another 5, I finally got 4 shipment notifications. One order is till pending. Got through with the last 3 orders in less than 5 mins total on my IPhone. Was so much quicker than the computer. I won't do my happy dance until I receive those black boxes though. Mac is full of surprises these days! 

Exactly! Lol!! My Bey concert ticket buying experience was crazy..it ended up with me camping out for tickets haha!!! These companies are making it so difficult for consumers to GIVE them money..it's ludicrous

Heaux looks great on you

I just received my Heaux(even though my order status still says pending??!!). It is much prettier than I thought. A very rich berry color. I had some nude lippy underneath Heaux so the real color shows better on my arm swatch.

Both of my orders are still pending. I don't want to call MAC to inquire just in case I rock the boat. I'll stay quiet and see what happens!

MAC has officially taken the money out of my account, but my order status still says pending .... I'm scared I officially do not have my hopes very high on receiving my items at this point.

I did this too, and then removed what I didn't want from my cart at checkout. It seemed to get me there more quickly.

I was afraid to alter anything because the system was very erratic-------so I kept it all.

Hmmmmm. MAC charged me for both of my orders. One is cancelled, the other is listed as pending. I expected one to be cancelled since it was made before the launch time. I still don't understand how it's our fault for purchasing the lipstick before 12 when it was clearly available. This was bad customer service at its best. Smh.

Did u get your money back yet for your cancel items.mac still has my money

So totally frustrated .....

Three separate transactions went through my account and I am still 'pending'! My MAC account says that the orders placed pre-launch were cancelled so where is my money?
AND only one email saying that RRB is on back order.
Good grief!

The other "legit" orders that were placed 11:15(PST) and 530(PST) are still pending. Preparing myself for the worst reading all y'alls posts.

I've been really nervous. My post launch order finally shows tracking numbers!! I was like YES YES YES!!! I hope it goes through and everything. I haven't received a shipping email yet. I just checked to see if the pending status changed to canceled in my account. I hope everyone starts seeing tracking numbers soon!

I just got off the phone with customer service. I wanted to make sure that my entire order was cancelled. I had the two Rihanna lipsticks, but I also ordered an eyeliner brush. I told the guy I wanted to make sure I didn't get a liner brush in the mail a week from now because I swear.. He was actually nice. I was calm, but I was ready for some condescending ass. He said when they get the package I'll get my refund for the entire order in 5-7 days (of course). I checked that tracking number awhile ago and the package is actually in my city. It's on it's way back to Kentucky. :lol: I slept on this last night and my feelings about Mac and leaving it behind are only stronger. Not even angry about it. Dare I say I feel free? :lol: Oh and Happy birthday, Naomi.
