RiRi Hearts MAC Summer Collection (June 18, 2013)

Okay girls, now I'm worried again...I checked my order and the status shows as Shipped with the tracking number attached...but when I try to search for it on UPS it says the code is invalid. WTF??? I sure hope my order doesn't get lost in space. Now I'm worried again. Hopping on the phone with CS now, i hope they can ease my mind.

i have friends in the UK and i wanted to tell them to get the lipsticks for me (since it's not going to launch where i live) but honestly after everything i read i changed my mind

.i'm going to get Burberry's Bright Poppy instead (it seems from T's swatches that it's pretty close to Heaux) and eventually getting Up the Amp and Ruby Woo since they have been in my list forever but i've always spent my money on collections.WTF MAC??!!!

Soooo just checked on my HK order. Still pending and money hasn't been taken yet. Canadian cs is closed for today, so I'll have to call tomorrow and see what the crap they're doing. I'm OK if it gets cancelled at this point just wanna know if I can use that money for something else.

I also called cs now, so rude and uninterested, my order was pending since yesterday, now it's back ordered. When I called this morning I was told it went through, so no one knows whats going on. I use the term CS loosely. Will ship sometime in July. I said you still have the lipsticks available online why is it back ordered and basically she said I don't know.

Sorry you had a lackluster CS experience. I don't get why they are encouraging customers to place new orders when they are already sending out backorder notices. There must be some sort of formula, like they have to oversell by 15% to make up for returns, lost orders, and people hijacking UPS trucks or something.

I couldn't get an answer as why my 1 ls was bo either. All she would say is that they had so many orders

I'll be getting the call back from MAC in a day, but I think I will call Estee Lauder & demand that they address this issue fully without the BS

The Burberry matte formula is amazing! Creamy, not drying at all! Definitely worth the $30 price!
