I have one Burberry lipstick and it's pretty nice. It's long wearing, comfortable to wear and the packaging is pretty neat, too.

Their packaging looks stunning like dior packaging. I know everyone loves YSL but I really favor burberry's gunmetal/silver packaging and diors ugh all sorts of different packaging! Haha

Right. Sephora always wants to accodamate. They always return anything I don't have a receipt for. They make me as many damn samples as I want of $100 eye cream. Lol. CS is everything to me.

same here! because when i worked at merle norman i made sure and did everything for the customer, tested out whatever they wanted and were 100% happy with the product before they bought it, i just don't understand why its so hard to accomodate the customer...without the customer you don't get paid! haha

NARS is seriously so amazing!! I love 95% of their products. I've gotten an eyeshadow duo or two that I wasn't loving but everything else, pure heaven lol

I drink Dunkin Donuts hazelnut with baileys creamer! So yummy! Plus that's the closest I'm getting to anything remotely alcoholic (tho there is none in it) for awhile lol

Yep! And their lip pencils... Love!!! I know T hates the soft touch shadow pencils... But omg I love them lol! And their foundation and tinted moisturizer are my absolute favorite. I won't hijack this board lol but I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeee nars. Lol!

When I first started shopping at Sephora I spent so much money on stuff that didn't work. I accumulated about $500 worth of products that either broke me out or sucked. I mentioned that casually to an employee there and they told me to bring that stuff back. I didn't have a receipt, but they took it! I was grateful. I didn't even get my money back, I just bought new stuff. I was finding my way. These days, I wouldn't try to return stuff w/o a receipt, but for a newbie to have a policy like that? That's amazing. Sephora has never disappointed me.

I love YSL packaging, but my favorite is actually Chanel. It's not super fancy, but I always feel like a lady when I whip out one of those lipsticks. The Rouge Allure lipstick packaging is really neat. That's my favorite lipstick.

Sooo order #2 with everything has shipped and #3 with the lippies, just RRW shipped. Yesterday only 2 charges showed up on Hubsters CC, today there are 3 but order #1 pre 12pm is still cancelled.

Okay girls, now I'm worried again...I checked my order and the status shows as Shipped with the tracking number attached...but when I try to search for it on UPS it says the code is invalid. WTF??? I sure hope my order doesn't get lost in space. Now I'm worried again. Hopping on the phone with CS now, i hope they can ease my mind.

Usually with UPS, that means a shipping label has been prepared for the package but noy being picked up physically by UPS yet. That is why tracking number not found or invalid. Most likely check in the morning and you will have more info.

I couldn't get an answer as why my 1 ls was bo either. All she would say is that they had so many orders

not the right answer for me.

I'll be getting the call back from MAC in a day, but I think I will call Estee Lauder & demand that they address this issue fully without the BS

I emailed Estee Lauder as well. Since Mac has yet to respond to any of my emails. Let's see what they say.

There must be other good mid-end makeup brands out there. True Chanel is expensive, but one Chanel is the equivalent of two MAC lipsticks cost wise. At least in the US, anyway.

Thank you for responding to me. After catching up to the posts in this thread, I have seen some brands people have mentioned. Maybe one of these days I'll treat myself to some Chanel, seen nothing but good things about them. Thanks again!

Well, the MAC site is messed up. And i know *I* didn't do it

I actually went to my local MAC store today to buy some perm items. Now i want to remove them from "My Favorites". Welllll, if it's a single thing, like a brush, there's a little "remove X". But if it's an eye shadow or lipstick, something which is available in many colors, there's no "remove". I click on the swatch and there's a popup with the name and description. And there's the usual button to add to my bag, and the usual X to close the little tab, but there's no "remove" button which is usually there. I signed in, so that isn't the problem.

i got an e-mail that my RiRi order shipped today. Actually that's about a day or two faster than usual. Are they trying to make up for the flaming fiasco of Tuesday?
