It won't have a lot of colour, so it'll work nicely for a highlight as opposed to a blush.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Hey ladies!!! I am an NC 15 skin tone and cannot decide between Adored or Lust MSF ... Which one do you think will work best for me?? I can only afford to get 1. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I also have red in my skin so something that will work with that

Adored for sure, with your hair color + skin tone.

Nope, they're not that similar. As far as getting a backup, if you've never went through a lip pencil in your life, then you might never use it. Then again, that's a pretty special color. That lip liner sold out so fast. If you're thinking you just might need another one, go for it. If you ended up needing to repurchase on eBay or Amazon, it will cost you a pretty penny. That one will end up being one of those rare pencils that you won't be able to get for a song and a dance.
Thank you!!! I will definitely keep it on my list then :) it is a beautiful color

I don't even own a 187 - my cheeks are too small for it. 188 for blush for me. 159 is really great and I can see myself using it for really bright blushes that I need to place very carefully, as well as highlighters.
Well, I had bought the 187 for my studio sculpt foundation but since discovering the beauty blender it just sits there now.

Poor 187.

It's a very subtle color that's going to be hard to photograph and will change based on your coloring. It's got glitter in it, so bear that in mind. I'm getting it!

Thanks sweetie! The bright coral metallic highlight will show up, but I'd be careful with the base color - might also show up and be ashy, although I'm not 100% sure about it. It'll be a more dramatic, contrasty highlight on deeper skin for sure, but that can be a nice look if it doesn't turn grey or green or something else weird.

Simmer is worth $25!

I can tell the difference on my skin. I just took a picture so show you the difference. The top is Heroine and the bottom is Magenta. Do you have the Heroine Lipstick? If so, I would just get the Heroine lip liner and be done with it. At least that way you'll have it!

I have a light complexion and I know I will see a difference between the two on my skin now that I see your swatch! thanks for posting! Heroine Pencil is still on the evergrowing list

Does anyone have the Real Techniques brush that came out recently in their limited edition duo fiber collection? I wonder how similar the 159 is to that brush... As for price hikes twice a year...geesh, are we going to eventually see shadows/ lipsticks going for $25 a piece? At some point they'll have to reach a point where its too much.
