I suppose the only good thing about this collection is that they seem to have stocked well for RiRi Woo...
And so people who missed out on it originally will get plenty of chances to get it, no worries of rushing and plenty of time to think about it as it's in all collections haha..

I completely agree!!!!! This is just too much!!!! After the response from RIRI WOO you would think they produced extra products cause there was going to be high demand... Especially when its only available online!


So I just called Customer Service and this is what I was told..... Because people were able to order prior to the officially launch I was told ALL OF THOSE ORDERS had been cancelled. She said I was welcomed to reorder while they are still taking back orders for the amount of product that they requested through the manufacturer but once they reach that amount it will be completely removed from the site and they will not be taking any more orders PERIOD after that. I said well it is not my fault that I was able to go on the site to order. She said that are INVESTIGATING how so many of us were able to go in and order prior to the launch. Did anyone receive their items yet?

Not to jinx myself but I got a shipping notice today for my post launch order. My pre launch order was cancelled. Now I'm stalking UPS to see when it actually leaves the warehouse.

I ordered the 184 brush from the german site, but my order was cancelled. Brush was still in stock though. Ordered for the second time, cancelled again, brush STILL showing as in stock. Then I placed a third order, this time added a foundation. My box arrived, brush was missing. On the receipt it said it's not available anymore... And, guess what, it's still in stock on the site. LOL!
I don't understand why they can't label something as sold out on the site if it is. What's the point in still letting people order it?!

idiots. I hope no one is dumb enough to buy them when you can still get them on the site. This feels more like a pre order than a RELEASE.

Mac gots to be kidding me? They should've honored the orders to begin with. Don't they know it's THEIR own fault and us the CONSUMERS shouldn't be the blame and investigating like we did a criminal activity smfh. They need invest in a new system and invest a way to make smoother launches with the rest of the future riri collections.

High end: Lavazza and illy (lower case) are amazing. I also like Intelligentsia and Metropolis for their variety of options.

Grocery/specialty store: Cafe Bustelo <<This is great for making coffee concentrate for iced coffee as well as for regular brewing. They also have an instant espresso that I keep at work for those days when I don't brew at home first or feel like forking $$$ over to Starbucks. I hoard CB when I catch it on sale.
