I've actually been thinking this especially with all the rihanna craze. its not unheard of where i am for delivery guys to take things. He popped a notice in my mailbox which makes me wonder why he didn't just leave the package there too

Don't worry u have proof that paper he lefted.so I'm thinking u good. This happened when I sended some packages to Maryland. They would not just leave the package they Tryed 3 times then sended it back to the company I ordered from.

Has it always been chaotic with an online launch only. I don't follow every collection, only ones that I find something interesting. This was a nightmare of a release. I commend those that waited countless hours to get this product shipped stat! After an hour in a half... I had no more patience.

This is just heart breaking. I fared ok---just got my UPS delivery notice for Monday. I had nothing for a day and a half and then got the shipping notice and tracking number, and now the update from UPS. I'm hoping that you and everyone else gets some positive results. This entire situation has dampened any excitement that one might feel for the products. This is just all wrong.
I ended up with nothing at all, now everything is sold out ! I have so many lippies that I don't really mind, but M.A.C

MAC still hasn't refunded my $ from the cancelled orders!
Mine is still pending in my bank account as well, but I did noticed it has an authorization expiration date of tomorrow. Those authorizations usually stay on for 24-72 hours so if mine isn't off by tomorrow afternoon, I'm gonna call my bank.

I hate that! Most of the time they knock really lightly and/or don't wait until you come to the door. it's like they play ding-dong ditch or something...
Wow, they always just leave my packages. Idk what I dislike worse... Them leaving with my packages and me having to wait or the chance that they might get stolen lol

If the collection is super duper hyped celebrity collaboration or a highly sought after item, then yes, its always a chaotic hot mess.

Wow, so out of 5 orders placed after the official launch I now have 3 that are cancelled. I am really thinking I will end up with nothing. :(

I have 1 RiRi Woo with shipped with a tracking number, and 1 RiRi Boy and 1 Heaux that are backordered. I have my doubts about those backorders being filled. I really got screwed this time. :(
Thanks. I don't know what MAC plans to do about my situation yet, but I am hoping I feel better about this when all is said and done. I ended up writing a blog post about this. I have had time to cool off, so it was civil lol.

I might redo my order for lipsticks tonight, who knows. Part of the issue with my cancellation was the number of SKUs in a 24 hour period, which makes me wonder what time it is safe to redo the orders. Maybe I shouldn't even attempt it until tomorrow.

Did you not get riri boy! I don't know why mac just did not manufacture enough to sale... They knew folks would go cray cray over it!
RiRi Boy was in the "cancelled" order. When that order was cancelled I went to the waiting room and spent 12 minutes ordering RiRi Woo. That's the one I reallly, wanted. Then when I called to adjust my cancelled order, I just told her to send my permanent items but to take the 2 RiRi lippies off the order. I won't be getting Boy. It's pretty but I'm not sad about it. As long as I have RiRi Woo and I hope I love it.

Glad I gave you a chuckle. I know if it was me I'd be steaming right now so I know you need a good laugh.

Also, if it was me MAC would be sending me my item a few weeks later because I'd get crazy on their ass.

Just call customer service, no name, no order number, just "You gon' PAY what you OWE" hang up.

Would I walk in? Nope. Just stand right outside those giant windows staring. Mouthing. "You gon' PAY what you OWE"

Two weeks tops, all Riri products and a signed copy of her next album not even released YET would be at my door.

For me I would say no the first riri woo I was in the waiting room about 15 min before and I got out at 12:22 exactly so I would say that was a walk in the park compare to this.no other launch that I know of was this crazy. I missed out on all the mm first release but I think the people that was on it were okay I think.

Well one order has BO lippies. I have yet to receive a cancellation notice (and 3 of my orders were cancelled) or any of the emails you all have gotten about BO's. I also have yet to hear back from MAC as to why they cancelled my other order placed after 12pm. I was ready to let them have it on the phone whenever they called me back but they don't care and after all this, neither do I. They've never really showed a concern for CS and unless all our complaints reach the high ups, i doubt they will change. I just would like the authorizations to fall off my account so I can go give my money to sephora!
