Seriously everyone.... How freaking long are these order going to be pending on MAC's website!??!?!!? Like endlessly....till the get the ok from corporate (which I'm thinking is going to be never at this point)???????

That's too aggravating. I hope my RiRi Woo survives this heat. And I sure hope MAC does right by you.

They usually allow you to keep the damaged/wrong item & replace it. Normally there is 'extra' stash for replacements. However, with this crazy collection, all bets are off

And....90 degree heat coming our way for them to ship all the delayed ls in....well, if they EVER do

I've finally spoken to about 8 different people. Turns out it was a REFUND FROM MAC GONE WRONG. Oh the fucking irony of it!

I asked why it showed up as something being done in person in branch, and they said that's just how things like this show up.

I can't even with MAC right now. I just can't.

Apparently I'll have the funds back by 10am Monday. Yeah, not like I need my money over the weekend or anything. Do they not realise how little people get from the government when they're unable to work due to health problems? I have to budget like crazy just to buy MAC, I can't afford crap like this going wrong.

MAC is just down right deluded at the moment. So ridiculous. Take a picture of it broken and send it to them if they want proof it's actually broken and tell them you're not sending it back but they can damn well replace it immediately. Then try to fix that puppy and put it in the freezer to set.

Just got my lippies!! They look beautiful, but they appear a bit oily/sweaty. Not that bad though. I just hope the lipsticks are not ruined. Anyone else have this problem?

Yah. My RRB was also. I'll put it in the fridge.

could be bc temperature change. i'd let them sit in the fridge and cool down before using them

Just checked the status of my packages and they've been delivered! Good thing I live a pretty decent apartment building with controlled access because the UPS driver left it in front of the door. I'm not that worried because my neighbor has THREE packages sitting outside of the door. One from earlier this week and the other two were there when I left out for work this morning. Maybe they're on vacation or something. I've noticed the memo from the leasing office about maintenance this week is still on their door (got it Friday or so) as well as the notice from maintenance stating that they've been in the apartment (earlier this week) are still there. I hope everything is okay.
