I'm not even going to rant. What would be the point? Got my 2 orders that took me hours to order. ALL my lippies are ruined. One broken at the base (like another one I saw on here). One completely melted down into the tube. And one started to melt against the side. I can still roll that one up but its all smashed and crappie. I called CS and a supervisor is supposed to call me back since I'm such a "valuable customer." Not holding out ANY hope that I'm going to end up with any. The only thing that makes me not completely hate the whole situation is I was able to score a LD for my girl and one for myself. So the boxes weren't just full of complete disappointment. Just 90% disappointment. No more of this for me. If I can't get it online from an early PRO release, I won't be getting it.

BTW... the ones that got their items successfully ALL look wonderful! Gives me something to smile about knowing some of my dolls are rocking and happy! *group hug*

So sorry about this PD! I sure hope MAC offers a remedy ASAP!

How much longer is "corporate" going to make people wait to hear back from them? And since Heaux and RRB will be available to ship mid july they should be making enough to cover cases like this.

I pray tomorrow everything comes intact for me. I haven't called CS yet but if ish its broken in any way shape and or form, IT. IS. GOING. DOWN.

was there and put the lippies in the refrigerator. Fingers crossed for when I open them later today
after my doc appointment---don't want to go there with an elevated BP!

I seriously hate UPS, my package arrived a day early at the facility which is about 15-20 minutes away from where I live and instead of delivering early they have my heaux just sitting there ): But at least I will be getting my AAO backups today

My very uninformative email from MAC lol. Apparently they need to "gather the information" because being told in detail what the issue was and including pictures in the email wasn't enough. I'll hope maybe what they meant was gather info on when they can send a replacement. I don't mind if I have to wait for the backorder as long as they guarantee the replacement will be made or allow for a refund. That's all I'm asking for. Me too! My package arrived at the UPS facility yesterday, but my thing says "delivery on Wednesday" .. wth is it going to do sitting there? I called & asked them about it & they said they will not mark it out for delivery until Wednesday, but there is a possibility that it may be Tuesday.

Mine arrived at the facility this morning, scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I do know that if my package hasn't been damaged by heat by now then it def won't be. It's actually raining in June here. I am NOT supposed to getting sprinkled upon in June in the Bay Area.
