So, fuck MAC.


I ordered 2 Riri Boys on the day of the launch. Paid via Paypal. Got the confirmation e-mails. GREAT.

I checked over the weekend, and they are cancelled? HUH?

So, my Paypal says pending, MAC says cancelled.

The MAC reps have all told me:

1. My billing info is wrong - FALSE, I have never had a paypal billing issue, I am constantly using it. They told me my billing info and paypal's info did not match up. I double checked, and again, lie.

2. The e-mail rep told me I can call to re-order. Bullshit again. They told me the order was TOTALLY cancelled, end of story and I couldn't even re-place the order via the phone with my card because RRB is now out of stock.

3. Finally, they told me I should have known it was cancelled as they cancelled it 6 minutes after I order it. I never got a "cancelled' e-mail. My trash and spam have stuff dating pre-June 18 and I monitor my e-mail for both work and personal. So no MAC I didn't miss an e-mail.




I was really looking forward to RRB, I was searching for a matte lilac-lavendery lipstick for a month now. Thanks for the bullshit MAC.

When they cancelled my order and reissued my prep n prime the status never changed back to pending or shipped. Same with my lipsticks (all in te same order)

I just saw someone say that they are running the Summer collection again in August due to "high demands" can someone confirm that? To me doesn't make sense bc next collection comes out in October

I didn't feel like calling MAC again to get an update on the status of the missing item from my order, so I emailed them instead. Guess what? They said they have no record of my order. WTF? Definitely giving them a call later today. Tired of this BS!

Sorry to ask, but the mobile version of the site is a little different (which is what I usually check my order status on), what did it say for rrb before it went into "pending"? Back ordered?

That's weird, my second order of just Heaux shipped. I wonder why they didn't ship my first order of RRB first? Oh well, kinda nervous to get my package!

That would be nice and all but knowing them it still would be an epic clusterfuck.

It's been two weeks and MAC still hasn't contacted me (by phone or email) with a resolution. Every time I log on and catch up on posts, my faith in MAC Online diminishes. MAC is like the Bradley Cooper of cosmetics companies: appealing but screws everyone.
