i actually did place two orders and backedup RRB, i love it, it just pisses me off because i know theres so many girls that wanted it and couldnt get it, then i receive this one out of NOWHERE, mac needs to get their life together!

I just saw someone say that they are running the Summer collection again in August due to "high demands" can someone confirm that? To me doesn't make sense bc next collection comes out in October

I spoke to one of my mac girl about my broken lipstick & how crazy the whole situation was and all she said was "come see me in August". I left it at that & didn't question her.....hmmmm wonder if they'll re-release at the stores.

Just got an email from UPS that a package will arrive from MAC tomorrow. Apparently they shipped it 2nd Day Air

do you have a sign up with ups to tell u ab upcoming packages? if so how does it work

My backup RRB is still "pending" I'm just waiting for it to get off that status (if ever). You could always ship it back ha ha...but thats a bit inconvenient.

Yes I do. I think it's called MyChoice but it was free to sign up. They email me when a package is shipped for me through them and alerts me to the day and timeframe it should be delivered. I have the option of rescheduling most deliveries or having them not deliver at all and just do it as Will Call so I can go to the facility and pick it up. Absolutely love it! The only time I can't do Will Call if I want to is if the sender won't allow it. But then usually UPS will contact the sender (or tell me to) to ask them to release the hold.

Maybe they made a mistake shipped you someone else's you might want to find out and first make sure they didn't charge you for it though!

I can't recall the details but when you sign up I'm sure they allow you to put all possible names you may receive packages under since I am alerted about packages related to my nickname and my government name lol. I've been signed up for about a year if I'm not mistaken so I can't recall the details of the form
