I called last night to see what was going on since my RRB has been pending since Thursday. The CS said they have received the packages for the backorders and are processing them all at this moment. They said to call back if I don't receive my shipping info in 48hrs. I tell you what. Let it not be here by Friday.....MAC gone have some TROUBLE, Trouble

Just an FYI since I got off the phone with CS about 20 mins ago~ I was told to expect it to ship around the 8th. I made my order around 3 pm CST aka 4 pm MAC time on release day. And the only reason my order took so long was cus I was stuck in the waiting room for hours and hours. I used my desktop and my phone both and it still took 4 hours to get an order in.

Thanks for the info!! I got my order in around 2:30CST, sat in that waiting room for 2hours before getting to my cart. If I had know MAC was an hour ahead I would have logged on earlier.

Received my lippies last night. Heaux had a smidge of that waxy stuff on the base. I touched it with my nail and it started to come off right away. So strange. Anyway, I'm disenchanted with these two newest shades. RRW knocks them both out of the park. Heaux was a bit nicer on me than I expected though. Just don't know how often I would reach for it. They look extra dry on my lips. Like I need a gloss. Both applied nicely though.

Erin remember when I showed you that Bare Escentuals brush similar to the L'Oreal? I told you I'd seen it at a drugstore before.

call them because i just did on my 4th order which was wrongfully cancelled, i had no update on it .after they had said they will reinstate the order, they just said it was still pending because they weren't sure if i still wanted it after calling you twice on it!!! .that they had tried reaching me to ask.

The last of this summer collection has been delivered. I'm at work and did my hourly UPS tracking check. And I see that my pkg was delivered at 11:36am

So after 2 weeks of calling and harassing mac, I got a call from a supervisor and she assured me my package would be shipped out on Monday and arrive Tuesday.... and I'm happy to say that it indeed did. I love RRW and Heaux (although I had RRW for a week from a different order). I had also emailed them about a friends broken lipstick that I placed an order for and they had emailed me (this was also last week) saying they'd get a replacement out by the end of the month, but it ended up coming yesterday as well!

Also, I was curious, if anyone had a RRB that they accidently got (since CS is making mistakes) could you PM me? I don't think I have access to this clearance bin i'm hearing some of ya'll talk about.

I just called MAC about the status of my orders. I was told that the order that I placed on the 19th for Heaux should be shipped out by the 8th. My other order for Heaux that was placed shortly before it sold out on the 21st is on backorder and she provided no further information on it although I probably should have inquired further as to why it has not entered the pending process yet. If I don't receive a shipping notice on the first order by Monday and if the 2nd order still hasn't even entered the pending process by then, I will be calling them back. I just recently got into makeup and this is my first time purchasing from a limited edition collection like this and I'm quite disappointed with my overall experience. I was looking forward to the fall collection but am now trying to consider if it's even worth it for all this hassle.
