yeah i took it out of its box and i opened it up and the lipstick was in the cap i was able to get it back in the tube but its loose in there this is RIDICULOUS!! ive used nothing but mac for the past 6 years and even freelance for them and have never seen a collection/ new product have soooo many problems like these retro mattes.....i dont get it my RIRI WOO from when it launched alone is perfect and i LOVE it i wonder what went wrong with this batch

My RRW from both releases is perfect and my Heaux was 98% perfect. No clue what's going on but I am positive heat isn't the catalyst like so many keep thinking. I mean....yes it's hot but you would think of heat what the true problem then the issues would be across the board. There seems to be more issues with RRB followed by Heaux with RRW being the least affected.

Awesome!! The supervisor just called me to confirm my orders! She reinstated the Heaux order I made that turned out to be a Riri Boy that they "cancelled". Can't wait to get my 2 Heauxs! I almost would have had none if I didn't keep calling lol

They must be doing all the callbacks today because someone called & left me a message saying they're willing to reinstate my cancelled order. After all the drama with this collection I think I'm gonna pass.

I just received a replacement Heaux out of the blue today. They had offered to replace it and I just asked for a refund, figuring at this point I didn't want to risk getting another messed up lippie. So they refunded me and still sent the replacement. They must be a real mess over there, lol.

Fortunately, this lippie arrived only a little melted with none of that 'goo' on it!

Hey yall, if you wanted, but missed out on Hibiscus Kiss, saw this duo in Walgreens today. I didn't buy it because I don't see it looking well on my skin tone (NC44/45), but thought I'd let yall know about it. This pic is from google, but it looks very close to HK if you ask me. It's only $12.99 & it has even amounts of the blush and bronzer.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Naked Deep - its THE perfect naked makeup look shade on me. Its a beautiful slight golden light tan/brown on me. Man do I ever love how it looks.

Seriously! Like i said from the beginning. One Of my RRWs has a big chunk of wax on it, but everything else arrived perfectly fine. Not a single problem with them. :dunno:
