I think white and khaki/tan with gold (though silver or bronze are other options, depending on your mood) accents is the perfect urban summer combination.

I have the impression Gri-gri, like the Guerlain Les Fumes #6, will play out very much in relation to whether your skin tends to yellow or pink.
Mid-August can't arrive soon enough to do my swatching!

I backordered affinite from NM. No one seems to have it in stock.

Interesting - I may have to do the BO thing as well. Nordies had a BO date of 7/something, now it doesn't show it.

NM seems to be the only place where you can order it from right now. I spoke to Nordstrom CS, and they tried to convince me that they had it & sold out of it already nationwide.

I hate when they do that. You try to explain that you've stalked the site, know the release date, and know that it was never stocked. They insist it sold out so fast you must have missed it.

Yes I find it very annoying, but I have stopped trying to argue discuss it with them b/c it only gives me a headache. LOL.

BTW has anyone tried the LE Shines in this collection? They seem too sheer to warrant purchase for me, but has anyone tried them and felt different?

I've read a couple of reviews on line (sorry, I can't remember exactly where) that said that these are not comfortable on the lips.

I used hasard today as a crease color. It looks really nice when paired with gri-gri on the lid. I doubt that I could use hasard anywhere else though without looking like I had gotten in a fight.

I ordered affinite from Chanel's site. Hopefully they really have it in stock. I also picked up a BU of Coral Love. I have been hunting for this, and it suddenly appeared on Chanel.com discontinued list.
