They are the Pigments. You're lucky you weren't paying attention :haha: The 'Nakeds' pigments give a natural no makeup makeup look. It started with that pic of riri sporting a nude/natural es & erine told us how to get it using the Naked pigments.
Oh ok cool. Thanks elegant-one I have two (dare I say FAKE) MAC pigments. Don't judge me I live in NY lol. I don't show them any love because I know they are fake (well now I do not when I bought them lol). Anyhow i have that site bookmarked where the give the MAC samples so I may have to get these too. I was already gonna order the paintpot samples since I don't have any of those either. Do you use fix plus to apply the pigments?

Awww, just get some MAC samples first maybe. I wouldn't know some of the fake from the real lol. I didn't know you could get PP samples.

Most use fix, I don't, but I may give it a try. I'm a bit of a newbie in the Pigment world.

I didn't know you could get PP samples either. Interesting. I use Fix+ when I remember I have it lol. Most of the time if I decide to apply a pigment wet then I'll just use water that I have in a spray bottle. Not because I have a preference. Like I said....I'll use fix if I think about it lol

Yeah I barely ever use Fix+! Water or Pixy Epoxy are usually my first and fav choices.

Yeah thebodyneeds2.com has mac samples. I just started working on my cart to join that pigment world myself lol

I'll use the Fix+ sometimes but most times I apply the Pigments dry. Now I'll tell you one thing that I hardly ever bother with pulling out and that's the Water Based Mixing Medium. I got that to use with pigments but most times I forget I even have that stuff.

I got a shipment confirmation for my first RiRi Heaux order about an hour and a half ago! I can't wait to get it! Hopefully my second Heaux will follow suit and be shipped out soon as well! I'm so excited!

I'm excited too. I hope I like them. Something tells me I most likely will.

Did you know Alexandra is a member here? She's been VERY busy lately so hasn't had much time to come around but yeah, she's a member.

I apply them dry most of the time too. I went through a foiling phase a few years ago but since then I rarely apply wet unless a product I'm using has poor pigmentation (like the BareMinerals holiday Velvets set I got...and keep saying I'm going to get rid of since I hate them).

Hahaha! Is there anyone you can give them to that might like them?

Yeah, she last poked her head in the Beauty Of Color forum a while back. Time passes so fast it's probably been a few months already. Aren't you glad you found a bunch of people that has the same interest that you do? I know I am. I have absolutely NOBODY I can talk to that understands my obsession the way the people here do.

ETA: I just checked. She last posted in December in the Makeup of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta thread.

I offered them to a friend a couple of months ago (along with some other shadows I received and won't use...I'm such an eye shadow snob lol. They didn't meet my standards lol). She said she wanted the stuff but every time she comes by she tells me she'll get them "next time". Translation: I better find another home for them because she's NEVER going to take them lol. I think she feels like if she takes them she won't have an excuse to have me do her makeup (her favorite excuse is "I don't have any makeup so you have to do it for me!" lol)
