yeah I exaggerated but really it was about 105 some have told me 110 on some days but after stout 90-95 in direct sun or if the box is in heated temperature the lipsticks start to soften and melt which is why some peoples were damaged and some not my box was warm the first time and the rrw in them were lil shiny and sweaty so I put them In the freezer for a minute just so it can harden back up and they were good the next order of rrb and heaux was ok and the box wasn't warm at all they were lil shiny but ones in fridge then I tried them they were good no damage, the week they were deluvered it was only about 78-80 in temp. So even if Mac sends out replacements the same thing may happen its best to get refunded instead for those who live in those areas because my friend does and her replacement melted to and Mac cant control that part of the situationLol 128 degrees? That might be Arizona but I'd say it's about 81 in Cali.

The heat is not why most with damaged lipsticks received them that way. If what you said was true then someone like myself that received my first order with all 3 lipsticks (and other items) on a hot Georgia day that was well above the temps you mentioned then all 3 lipsticks should have been melted and damaged. They were not. All were subjected to the same conditions with in the same box. My first replacement arrived on a cooler day (temps were in the low 70's, cloudy and rainy day) and was received in the morning. It was sent overnight. It too was damaged. The replacement I received yesterday arrived perfect...it was already in the mid to high 90's (due to humidity the temp was measured at 102 at the time of delivery). It was not shipped overnight. So in my case the temperature doesn't sound like the culprit. Even Julia Nielsen, the Executive Director - Online Customer Service (my complaints were escalated to her to my surprise) admitted that they believe the issue was related to a manufacturing issue and that is why they initiated the 2nd stock order. I don't know if they got it fixed with this new batch since someone else says their lipstick arrived damaged yesterday with the later batch number on it. Let's hope that most of them are though.

When I got home yesterday...I couldn't wait to wipe off my lips and put on RRB!!! I am so loving this color on me and mad I didn't get a BU (I didn't even know people did that..LOL) So now I am on the hunt for another RRB at a reasonable price, or for a dupe and it must be matte. I'll get UTA for the fall/winter but I prefer mattes for the spring and summer. Anything else adds too much shimmer to my already oil skinThis pic makes the color look more pink than what it really is
