How on earth did I miss Punk Couture?! Is this going to be the same one that came out earlier this year or a whole new one? (please be new, please be new). I can't wait to find out more about both of these collections. And I'm impatient too Pinkdollface. Need stimulation now.

Thank you!!!!, Richelle. I missed this info somehow. Yeah boi!!! Can't wait. When I think Punk Couture, I'm thinking some rebellious shades of lippies, like a dark blood red l/s, blackish purple (blue purple that is) l/s, maybe even a black & blue l/s, some unusual shadows and maybe, just maybe a true purpley purple blush.

Punk Couture sounds like dark and vampy colours and maybe some bright colours, so it might be a total skip for me. Which is good, since the holiday collection and the nude one will get all my attention (and money). I can already feel it.

I can't make myself be excited for winter stuff yet until I get my hands on my Indulge goodies. Definitely intrigued though.

I would KILL for an Art Nouveau or Belle Epoque style theme, with shimmering colors right out of a Fortuny pleated grecian gown. I love Fortuny's stuff - so simple, yet so elegant and rich looking. And no one knows how he achieved his method of pleating the silks he used. And those wonderful hand-made details...

I'm also a fan of Paul Poiret. Also often simple, but his designs were a bit more "fantastique".

Both of them more modern than Art Nouveau, but Fortuny really presaged the elegance of the best Art Deco gowns.
