what palette would fit the depotted pressed pigments?

The inserts that haven't come out yet, but I'd definitely recommend NOT depotting them as they're super fragile and will shatter more easily.

I hope they stock the inserts soon because I am not using the palettes without them. I'd rather have eyeshadows stuck in those tricky inserts than have them just sliding around the palette.

I agree I bought the duo like a month ago and was telling myself I wish I would buy inserts for $9. And let me tell you the inserts are wayyyy better because I have my blushes in the duo and sticking your brush in the deep palette to get product was no bueno. Product was flying all over the other blushes. So when I seen this drop I quickly hopped on it lol

Same here girl I don't see how anyone could not have inserts now when I think about it lol.

I thought i was the only one! I wouldn't be able to have all the flyaway powder laying around down in the "valley". And visually it just drives be bonkers!

Ugh, the eyeshadow palettes are still saying coming soon! Argh! Have you tried the stores lately? I went on Friday and they just had everything restocked. There was a limit though, I could only buy a max of 3 at a time....

Yes exactly. I called my local MAC counter twice last week and they sold out on the day I planned on going (Tuesday). Just my luck, I plan on calling this sometime this week again. I'd rather just stalk MAC's website for the inserts tho...

the only thing I don't like about the inserts is that they are hard to take the shadows out.

I got an e-mail from MAC about my backorder of the eyeshadow insert that I ordered and they are waiting for it to be recieved at the warehouse. For those that got a backorder notice of the eyeshadow inserts, do look out for the shipping notice as well as a restock.

No, they aren't the same. The 12-well wells are much larger.

Picked up a few palettes and inserts at the store this weekend and attempted to depot some blushes.....word to the wise, prolongwear blushes should not be depotted as they are too soft and immediately brake apart $25 mistake

I used wire cutters to snip of the front bit, dripped in a bit of alcohol, let it sit for a couple minutes to loosen the glue, and carefully wiggled the pan out. Presto!
