I've been playing with my haul.  I really like Smoked Sable but I can't figure out if its a matte or not.  It looks okay on its own but I don't know if it looks okay because I'm used to glossy lip.  I decided to try it with a dab of gloss so as not to change the color.  I tried it with a dab of Chanel Sweet Beige and tried it again with a dab of the pink Chanel gloss from this past spring??? I can't remember but it was #357.  I'll try to look up the name later.  Then I tried it again with a liner.  I tried it with a Mac Stripdown and no gloss.  That looked really good.  I can wear this one without liner though.  I tried Coco Ravish again because the SA picked it up but I told her I already had it.  I wanted a more neutral nude and I remember Coco Ravish looking very mauvey.  Well, it didn't look so mauvey this time.  I really think my slightly darker skintone maybe throwing things off a bit.  I really hope I don't hate everything once the dead of winter sets in.  Maybe I need to use everything I bought recently as much as possible right now.  Tried Black Orchid and really liked that as well.  It didn't really look as dark as I thought when I saw online pics of it.   Tried the liner and love it.  I used it over the liner I already had on but it went on so easy.  Is it worth $50 or is it $55?  I don't know but I'm glad I got it.  Maybe people with more lining expertise wouldn't find it earth shattering.  But I will say this is the first liner that came with directions.  Maybe that made the difference for me.  I think I will try the other pen type liners I have again to see the difference.  I believe this pen is limited edition but that really doesn't make sense.  A special liner like this should be permanent.  I wonder how long it will last. I still have the primer, trio and other quads to try.  I guess I'll be busy the next few days. Edit - I only used the thicker side of the pen to do a wing.  I didn't try the other side yet. Edit 2 - I just read on temptalia that the eye pen is not limited edition.

The SA said it was one of their top sellers and was in a lot of magazines. I wouldn't know as I stopped buying magazines a long time ago. She even mentioned something about Oprah. I don't know if she meant Oprah wears it or if it was in Oprah's magazine. I don't really remember seeing Oprah in nude lips so maybe it was the magazine. Glad to see someone else likes it.

I tried a few more products today.

In the Pink trio - I agree this trio is not earth shattering as has been previously reported. I wasn't quite sure how it would show up on me so I used a dense brush to apply the middle shade - Mac 215. It showed up fine but I think I put a bit too much. I used the lighter color for a highlight in inner corner and under brow. It looked fine. I used to wear only one or two shades at the most but I've gotten used to using a contour shade and this trio needed one. I thought the middle shade of She Wolf would look nice with it but I didn't want to use that trio just yet so I tried to look for something similar in my stash. I found Mac Diamond Dove a brown gray color. I just used it in the outer corner and pat on the glitter color. I liked it but not earth shattering. This is not a must have but I'm not sorry I bought it. I can see myself using it for quick out the door looks.

Eyeliner Pen - I used the thinner side today and it was very easy to use. I lined the eye extremely close to the lash line so that it looked like I wasn't really wearing eyeliner. You know that trick when you put eyeliner in your lashline. Good for me since I don't have much lid space. I really like it but I just love that wing liner look so I'll probably go back to it tomorrow.

I finished with Chanel Tumulte blush and originally had on Mac Lust for Life glass but switched to Chanel Myriad??? I think that is it. I bought it about 2 weeks ago. Its a glittery one.

Oh I stopped at the drive thru for a late lunch and took a quick look in the rear view mirror (I was stopped). I like In the Pink more than I thought. It was a nice neutral look. It will look nice with any cheek and lip combo.

Eye Primer Duo - I wasn't sure how much of this to use so I put it on like I would a paint or paint pot. The directions say to put the powder over it which I did. It is now 7 hours later and I don't see any creasing in my eye look. I will say that the colors I'm wearing are very neutral and I don't know how much creasing would show. I did look in a magnified mirror and don't see any but we'll see if it stands up to a darker color.

Now I wore Orchid Haze again today. I had to rush out this morning and didn't have time to decide on the right look with my outfit. I knew Orchid Haze would work. I agree with Sara ( I don't know if she said it here or on her blog). This will work as an everyday quad.
Still on holiday, can't log in to forum very frequently but I a.so agree with you, my favorite piece so far from what I get is She Wolf, it is so pretty and I love the concept. For the ones who would like to check out She Wolf review and in-action: http://www.colormeloud.com/2013/08/tom-ford-ombre-eye-color-trio-02-she.html Orchid Haze Review and in-action: http://www.colormeloud.com/2013/08/blog-post-series-tom-ford-quads-vii-new.html I also played with in the pink, I will write about it today, I am (unfortunately) wearing show me the pink nail polish today and I must say I would send it back if I could, again review coming up soon. Hope Black sugar has better quality. It is interesting to read about the eye primer, this one I want to check out next time I am at a Tom Ford counter.

Sorry to barge in out of the blue however a NM rep in Bal Harbor has the last Pink Fade for me to pick up there today after my Mac event at 2pm. I want to 'look' at their blushes while I am there. I haven't seen TF anything in person yet so I was wondering which blushes are more suited for darker skintones. Savage , Flush or anything else? I value your honest and unbiased opinions while I am just looking. Don't want to start anything I can't finish!

I picked up everything today! So excited to try it all. I am already tempted to bu she wolf LOL. It is def a must have for fall.

My local NM did not have the quads, however, in stock, so I will have to order those online. I believe that they are permanent, so no need to rush to buy them. Please let me know if anyone has heard differently.

ETA: I also go three mini versions of TF lipsticks as a gift with purchase, along with samples of the illuminating primer and fragrances. The minis are too cute.

Purple Popcorn, I tried both blushes, one on each cheek. Ravish was the winner hands down. I typed up a indepth response about my experience but my phone went dead. The pink in Ravish popped while Savage was more flat and subtle, kind of blended in with my skintone. I didn't get either today however I bought 05 Pink Haze, 06 Burnished Amber and Bleu de Chanel cologne for men. I absolutely am in love with the make up purchases. May get the blushes when I get the $100 GC for opening up a NM acct. I considered the eye primer duo but since it is perm and I have paintpots I figure I could hold off on that for now. The staff was really helpful, nice, friendly while being professionals. Everything about my experience was delightful and heavenly if only I was feeling down more often to get such luxury treats. I also fell in love with Wet Violet gloss and I think another named Pink Girl but swatches more nudish. I had to curb my likings however as $100 for two lipglosses is a bit too much IMHO. I just will use Boys Go Crazy as my Wet Violet sub. The packaging for the eyeshadow pallette blew me away! I loved the soft pouch it came in, the smooth texture and sleek feel, the brown and gold color, lol and the mirror. So nice and well made plus the colors don't hurt either, lol. I satisfied my curiosity and hopefully once I pick up an item or two with the NM GC I am done, hopefully.

Ooh sounds like you had a great time. You got the cream eyeshadow in Pink Haze? I'm surprised these are still around. Burnished Amber would look amazing on you! Did they apply it on you? Did they give any application suggestions? I still haven't used mine yet. I have a gloss called Pink Guilt. Could that be it. I don't think of it as nudish, it is has shimmer too it. But then again, I've never worn it alone. The SA paired it with a lipstick when I had a makeover and I've only worn it with the lipstick.

Most stores I called just had one PH left but they were all so far away!!! The shipping fees were ridiculous so I just went for the drive. Tolls were cheaper plus I got the in- person experience. I am not sure about the exact name of the gloss tho. Next month when I get the GC and go back I will look closer. I really do like TF but I need to say away! I just looked at BA in the store and once I saw and touched the tester it called my name. BA appealed to me the most . I think that the lady said it is perm . Artifact PP may go well with some of the colors in the BA pallette. You need to use yours!!!! I only tried on the primer duo over a greenish pallette but the eyeshadow was too shimmery even tho I love the emerald color. I did try the two blushes and WV gloss. I also swatched both glosses on my hand.

I could check my local NM and see if they still have Pink Haze if you're still looking for it.

I think Saks in Dadeland Mall, Kendall Miami may still have Pink Haze. Will call today too. I think the shipping was $15 plus taxes etc . I will confirm when I get a chance soon. I realized that I had mixed up the blushes in my original post, Ravish Blush is one that stands out the most for me. Savage was more subtle and very slightly blended in a bit with my skintone but was still obvious and nice. Purple Popcorn, you are absolutely right about Ravish blush!!! I just found the business card I ws searching for with some jottings I had made. IceCaramellatte the glosses are indeed N0 4 Pink Guilt and No 09 Wet Violet. I have the saleperson contact data written on the card so I can call her directly for any future concerns.
