I picked up the Tenue de Perfection foundation in 01 (I'm usually NC15/20).

It provides medium-full coverage with a natural matte finish. I have only used it once, but it didn't feel drying (and I have dry skin). As far as other Guerlain foundations go, I would say Tenue de Perfection is closest to Parure Gold -- same level of coverage but Parure Gold provides a more luminous finish.

Anyone else liking this new foundation?

Have you tried the (now discontinued) Parure Aqua foundation? Is it any similar to that? I have found that out of all the Guerlain foundations I own that's the least luminous (ie shiny) on me. Thanks.

Yes, I like Parure Aqua quite a bit. I would say Tenue de Perfection has a bit more coverage and is more matte.

Thanks for the review! Where did you pick it up? I haven't seen it around yet, although it's possible that it snuck in when I was distracted by lipsticks... I'm glad to hear that there is a shade 01 in this range, so that I can indulge my love of Guerlain foundations again. I'm still working through my bottle of Parure de Lumiere (which I can't find in the lightest shade anymore). I still love it and am curious to see what other formulas have to offer.

I got it at Shoppers Drug Mart (the one near me that usually carries limited edition stuff). Keeping my fingers crossed that you can find it!

I heard that it doesn't blend well with the skin and that is very drying

Not for me... I have worn it out 3 times and I have not had it dry me out at all. It looks good all night and my skin feels fine the next day. Perhaps those people do not have a good routine down/ understand they need

I'm not sure if this has been posted (sorry if it has), but there seems to be a bright orange Rouge Automatique in the Holiday collection. Or at least the packaging is bright orange.

No it hasn't! It also looks like the Terracotta bronzer rather than the pressed Meteorites in the picture (unless the colours are really off).

Thank you so much for sharing!

The pressed Meteorites are too brown for me....unfortunatly.
I would have loved to get them because the packaging is so beautiful.

Love the packaging. I hope the perfume smells good because I'm in love with the bottle and the meteroites.

I'm very curious about that Rouge Automatique, actually. It's the one thing that hasn't cropped up in any descriptions of the collection. The Terracotta powder is definitely going to be too dark/ brown for me, although I would love to see it on women of medium-deep complexion. I think it would be stunning. So far, I'm looking at the bright pink lipstick and Sulfurous nail polish. Maybe the CRAZY BALLz.

I kinda like the bronzer. I don't think it looks too dark and a duo fibre brush is always helpful. I also seem to prefer bronzers with some pink in the mix.

It's not perfume though, it's perfumed shimmer spray.

I also don't think it's too dark, Guerlain bronzers tend to be quite subtle.
