Blushes, no. They're solid. Shadows, yes. This is what i thought of as well, but yes, the off-center placement is reminiscent of this. You mean glitters, right? There's a huge difference between pigments and glitters, even pigments and reflects glitters. Everyone always uses the terms interchangeably and it confusing, but they're two completely different animals. Just a friendly fyi.
Yep totally get it! Just half asleep when I wrote that lol

So far I only want the pigment set unless they drag me in with the lipstick shades or the MSFs are too pretty. I don't really prefer the elegant look to packaging, I like cute, fun packaging.

Well, you know me - I get little tidbits of info here and there from my MA, but I don't come right out and ask to look at the book. If he wants to show it to me, I certainly don't say no

but I do also stay polite and don't copy anything down if he does.

Fortunately we have better Specktra information treasure troves, but it's possible they might go to update the following week.

I'm eager to hear about everything too!!!! Especially since I love Mineralize products and colored mascara and anything you could call Punk Couture!

I kind of like the brush sets...
Last year's brush sets were quite nice and a little better quality than in some other years. The design of the cases was excellent; perfect to carry the brushes and a full face look to take on the go for transitioning to evening or the like. Mine gets daily heavy use and is still holding up just fine - no rips or tears or other weirdness and the brushes are not shedding or losing their shape.

I have one of the holiday brush set from last year (the one with everything duo-fiber) and I use most of it everyday and they are actually quite good. It's not rough nor do they shed excessively. The 187se I use for bright pigmented blushes, the 130 for daily foundation. They still look great even after a year. The 286 (duo fiber tapered blending brush) is my HG crease and outer corner brush and I find myself using it more than the 217 or 224. The 287 (duo fiber eyeshadow brush) I use only for brow bone highlighter e/s. Given my good experience with this particular set from Glamour daze I would be inclined to buy another one from this year.

I have duo-fiber set from Glitter & Ice. I use the 130 everyday for my BB cream, too, and I love the 287 for my EDSF's. I don't think the quality is terrible at all. And it's nice to have a little set of brushes if you're just going away for the weekend and don't wanna worry about your full-sized ones.
