I'm debating if I should send my hubby to the MAC store for me to get what I want, or go into work later tomorrow and make up the hours later. I'm talking to him about this now and he is shaking his head...lol. He is so use to going to the MAC store for me so u know he'll be fine. But I really want to look at it first.

I don't recall anyone saying employees couldn't order online using their discount. Now at a physical store they cannot purchase with a discount.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up....I have a friend who was going to order some stuff for me online, but I got nervous because of a lot of stuff I've been reading. I guess I was confusing some things. Thanks!

In my case I will for sure miss out since I won't be there until after 11 and swatching is really all I want to do unless I can purchase. But in your case I'd be a nervous wreck too, waking up all early and stalking a store. This isn't the newest game and we are all in some long ass line outside of Game Stop or Best Buy, but they sure want the same reaction out of us -_-

I just want to swatch myself as well, really....then order online.

Yeah he usually don't mind but like I said, he's never experienced anything like a huge hyped collection. Hell, I've never experienced anything like that either actually. I'll probably just wait until it's released online.

Im glad mac set some limits too! my mac girl called me today to prep for next thurs's launch n said employees basically cant get shyt nor order online!! thats craaaazy!!! so i'll be gettin her stuff for her lol. and she told me only ONE per transaction sooo i guess folks who want more than one will need to do different forms of payment. im glad its ONE per person so u dnt have greedy hoarders tryin to sell it on ebay for hundreds of dollaz!! im thinkin i only want TTT l/l and i need to see how the nude will look on me cuz yall KNOW how i feel about that shyt makin me look like im Betty White's twin sister

This is kind of good news for me. I can't make up my mind what I want if anything. Plus, I can't get there until after work in the late afternoon/early evening. I think I will just wait for the online launch or department store launch if I get anything.

The idea that stores have to order extra security for a make up launch is a bit insane, no? My local store releases on the 3rd and is having a preview party on the 2nd so hopefully I'll avoid the madness and can shop amongst the civilized! lol

I'll be looking for all of your swatches so I can make an educated decision on the 3rd!

omg ya'll I keep watching everyones vids and my list keeps changing.. I'm gonna have to write a list and stick to it otherwise i'll have bought the whole line.
So far what I am not getting is the liquid last liner... i just like felt tips better, no quads (have to many already), no to the diamonds.. or maybe i'll wait for that through nordstroms.com

I have a sinking feeling I'm going to miss out. Maybe it's my constant paranoia, but I just hate trying to beat people to something. I'll have to get up with the sun and wait around in the mall like a moron. The thirst is real.

The thing is I'll be pissed either way. If I get there at like 9:15 and I'm the only one and only 2 or 3 others show up just before 10 I look like a loser. If I show up just before 10 and there's several people ahead of me and I miss out I'll be pissed. There's just no way to tell. I could always count on getting my stuff from my local Mac store, but it always sticks out in my mind how the last time Heroine came out it was gone by the time I got there at 10:15. Just 2 or 3 people got there first and bought all they had. I'm just going to have to make myself out to be a creep to the employees tomorrow morning. Hopefully, the manager will be there because he knows me and he won't judge me too hard.

Omg lol!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this. Like I don't know what time to get there, be there first and look like a loser or get there too late and be the loser who misses out!!! Hahaha. Hugh. The troubles....
