That's why I never applied for their discount. First they make you pay $35 for it. I've heard of people waiting months to get the card. I think that's so you buy all you have to in the meantime so they still get your money. Second, they say your paid discount won't apply to this and that and not by a real system, just whenever they gain more from it with no rhyme or reason. If the discount was free, fine then make pros wait, but if you pay and they consider you a real artist who is promoting their products by using them on your clients, you should get first dibs with the discount every collection, period. Sorry I'm ranting but buying MAC is becoming more work than play and I'm over it (but can't stop buying)

What happened in the summer release for you guys in the US? For us in the UK, Heaux sold out in 7 minutes!!
Orders were getting cancelled. Lipsticks were arriving waxy, broken, melted. People waited hours in the waiting room just to place the order.
Yikes, that's nasty. Did it start early, or on time?
For the most part it started on time but the link was up a bit earlier so people ordered before the actual start time. We figured hey, the link is up so lets go. LOL. Most of those orders were cancelled and even some orders that were placed AFTER the start time were cancelled. If they didn't want people to order before the announced start time, then don't put the link up early. And what was with cancelling orders AFTER the announced start time? It was just a mess. And then they blamed people for "circumventing" the site. Really? The link was available. There was no circumventing. They were trying to make it seem like people at Specktra were a bunch of hackers. And don't even get started on how Specktra's name even came into the equation.
What a mess. The UK one for the main part was fine, it started at noon on time, and I waited about 15 mins. The only thing that bummed me out was that there must have been only, like 10 tubes of Heaux in the UK, because hardly anyone got it. And we NEVER had any restock, of any kind.
Wow. That's a shame they didn't restock at least once.
