That's why I never applied for their discount. First they make you pay $35 for it. I've heard of people waiting months to get the card. I think that's so you buy all you have to in the meantime so they still get your money. Second, they say your paid discount won't apply to this and that and not by a real system, just whenever they gain more from it with no rhyme or reason. If the discount was free, fine then make pros wait, but if you pay and they consider you a real artist who is promoting their products by using them on your clients, you should get first dibs with the discount every collection, period. Sorry I'm ranting but buying MAC is becoming more work than play and I'm over it (but can't stop buying)

Yeh i paided $65 for 2 years they don't make any sense

I just called customer service the representative told me no pro discount at all she said it was because they had more items , doesn't even sound right "cause there's more items" . Whatever u guys should order tommarow or go to the the Mac on the 3rd don't wait till 2 weeks and find out everything is sold out and you guys missed the collection

Think I'll just order everything I REALLY want tomorrow just to be safe. Wtf does having more items have to do with anything smh. The representatives tell you anything to get you out their hair smh.

I wish. That would be much easier for me. I'm thinking I'll end up spending a small fortune on this collection with the backups and the gift that I'm buying. So funny for a collection where I thought I'd only buy one thing. Help me because I was even thinking about the cocoa quad. I guess the wise thing to do is to order one of each item so the whole order won't get canceled. So, I'm getting TTT, WTC, and Diamonds if I can get through tomorrow. Then, I'll hit the Nordstroms Thursday for the same items. If I can't get through tomorrow then I'm getting what I need at Nordstroms and I don't wanna hear a thing about any kind of rules. The Nordstroms I go to breaks the rules all the damn time. They say they can't hold items, but if I get to your store at opening and the product is already sold out, something's up.

I think since there is no pro discount, you are better off creating a non-pro account in the US so at least you will get free shipping. Usually pro's get free shipping at $150--I'm not sure whether people's orders will get that big (esp. if you are just getting backups).

What happened in the summer release for you guys in the US? For us in the UK, Heaux sold out in 7 minutes!!

Omg I don't even know how I manage to get heaux in the uk site... I'm so scare now to miss out, everything sold out so quick and the worse thing is that the online release is the same day that in store! Will you be getting your goodies online ?

That's an excuse, a bad one at that. No reason it would take one person 4hrs or more to checkout while another waits less than an hour.
