I went to sleep, someone startled me awake so I decide to go to the Mac site. I FINALLY get to see the actual page, but everything I wanted is gone. My goodness. How sad is it that I'm amused just by getting to see the damn page? F U Mac.

I got angry at their little comments they're making on FB and ranted. I know all it will do is piss me off even more when they reply with one of their condescending remarks, but I just couldn't help it!

None of this would even be a problem if not for the waiting room. Seriously, in all the other launches when have so many of us come back mad as hell? Just have a release time, if anything and let us have at it. This waiting room has already proven to be a sham. The people at Mac have their heads so far up their asses and enjoy us running around for products like it's the damn hunger games that I'm sure we'll see this garbage system again.

I couldn't agree more shontay. Put it up there and let us go at it. Even if they wanted to limit us to one of each product, I'm sure there's a way to do it without a waiting room.

I have to admit I saw a youtube tutorial with the quad and it was really nice. I think they apply on the eye better than swatched on the hand.
But I still thought the quads were going to be one of those items that stay around for a while.

You're right about people probably just wanting something from the collection. buying now and thinking later. I read on here that someone bought Nude lipstick on launch day at MAC, tried on and turned right back around to return it. That sucks. They could have has a tester cleaned and sampled it first....or swatched the tester at the very least. What a waste.

I don't get why they couldn't let people in IN ORDER of when they clicked into the waiting room. I waited since right at 9am PST when it popped up (or 9:02, whatever it was) only to sit there for 3 hours and have it time out on me. I had various tabs open and NONE of them ever got to the product page. Such BS.

I called my local counter and luckily they are doing an event that night that they are holding half of the product for, so I can go after my classes and pick up some of the items.

You know what else is stupid about it? You just know they have plenty of stock sitting in the back for all their spontaneous re-stocks. Where does that product magically come from during those times? How about they not put sold out until stuff is actually sold out? *end rant* lol

Well, I'm not going to lie.. I was never interested in Hibicus Kiss but that was one of the main things I wanted to get (besides the nude lipstick).. The packaging is on point.. It's flat out beautiful with the rose gold and the "Riri heart Mac" labeling.. I am still debating on getting the 187 brush because it is so pretty.. I don't need another makeup brush so I am trying to refrain and hoping it goes out of stock soon before I buy it -- just because it's gorgeous..

One of the best comments I saw on FB happened with the summer collection....I even saved a screenshot LOL

I hope MAC makes me a nice LARGE sandwich because I get very hungry after I get FU**ED

Priceless.

I told the CS person today that the waiting room is such a stupid idea, that they should fire the person that came up with the idea
